Recording: "Hi, This is Rachael from Premier Health. We received the application you submitted...etc. It's a phone scam. I did not submit the application this robo-call says I submitted. Do not call the number they leave on your voice mail or they will know your phone number is a valid human contact (vs a business, etc.) Personally I believe calling back to be taken off a phone list only makes matters worse.

SPAM CALLER. Call to say my insurance is approved. I have never inquired about discount insurance. They refuse to remove my number from their call list & promised to make a lot more calls. They call from a different number each time.

Initial call comes in from 701-671-9222 and asks you to call the 888 number - with all of the same details others have posted. This has happened countless times. When is "Do Not Call.Gov" going to go after these people?!?!?

got a call from Alice too but she called from 701 671 9222 telling me to call 888 658 4918 as "you request for dental plan was approved, call that number to receive your cards" I did not apply for a dental plan....

Someone named Alice left message about being accepted to a Dental Plan from Dental Involvement and to call back to accept my dental cards. The number has been disconnected.
