They are the rudist people possible!!!!  All they will say is "this is a personal matter".  They will not give the name of the company.  And the "office manager" will yell at you!  The number on caller id is 408-907-9109, but the messages they leave tell you to call 888-660-4834!!  Pretty sure they are not a member of the BBB.. or do they have a Better Business Bureau overseas?

We recieve calls EVERYDAY even on the weekends leaving a message telling us to call this number back...very annoying since we do not use our land line for anything other than or dsl...just checked the messages and had 13 msgs all saying the same crap!!  I tried to call the number back to make it stop what do you know it says hold and then you just sit there!!

Got a call from this number and was asked to call them regarding a personal matter, no business name or anything.  The can go fly a kite.  Leave proper info and maybe I will call.

it is a collection agency called Oxford Management Services. They are one of those bottom feeder companies that buys very old outdated debt years and years old and then try to collect on it. Anything they are calling you about is probably either already paid or years and years and years old.

The caller ID identifies them as Brevia Communications, which is very misleading. It never comes up as who they REALLY are.

I keep receiving calls from this same number and today I actually answered the phone and sure enough it is some automated message.  It's frustrating because my house phone rung at 8:12 p.m. and it was some answering service telling me to call them between the hours of 6-4.  It was a mess.  I was highly upset to say the least.  It's time for my child's bedtime and someone is playing on the phone.  a big mess.

I've been getting a lot of these calls as well. I did call them last week & I told the guy who answered, who confessed he was working in INDIA (big surprise there) to tell me what they want. He then asked for my ph#. I said you just called 2 minutes ago & I am sure you have caller ID. He insisted he didn't but I didn't give him my ph #. I am sure it is a scam, & I hope they will eventually just give up.

Oxford Mgmt...do what I did... dial *67 (for anonymity)call them back several hundred times while watching Sunday football games...really seemed to piss them off.  ;o)

They have called my home phone number several times as well, with the recorded message to call them back.  Not happening! 408-907-9109.

Calling my cell phone, up to 10 times a day, and as early as 7:30am up to 8:50pm in my area.  Leaves no message on voice mail, but calls back within 2 minutes if it goes to voice mail.  If I ignore it and don't let it go to voice mail, it doesn't call back for hours.  Only places I owe money to are the local cable company and DISH and DIRECTV Networks.

They call both my and my husband's cell phones...never leave messages...but now they have started texting my husband's phone!  VERY annoying!  I was just on hold for 10 min...hung up after that!

calls every day, i refused to call the number, knowing a legitimate business call would not be so vague...finally after three weeks of recieving the call, i caved, and dialed it....got a busy signal twice, then the third time got put on hold......after a minute, i hung up....very frustrating

just got a call from them from my workplace new right away they where a scam.

Report this calls to the your state Secreatrary of State, to the consummer affairs dept and to Federal communications commission.

Someone at this number calls my cell phone numerous times a day in spite of my having never answered the call and cut it off.  Never leaves a message.  Pure harassment.

A very nice woman called and talked to my mom in hospice.  Said she had forgotten to pay a bill on her credit card. $150.00 due for April charges.  She verified her address and then said if she would give her bank information to them, they would be able to take the late fees of $40.39 off her card.  She refused to give them the information but asked for a name and number to call back.  They said someone else would talk to her - so refused to give a name

this number calls my house same time every day twic a day, but when I do answer no one is there how do I get this person to stop calling.

IF ANYBODY GETS A CALL FROM 888-660-4834 SAYING THEY ARE FROM "MEMBER SERVICES" OR "CARD MEMBER SERVICES"....HANG UP IMMEDIATELY!  THEY ARE CROOKS TRYING TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!

This continues to be an annoyance.    Like others have experienced, if you dial the number it takes you no where, no one answers and the calls from that number sometime will come in one after the other.

This fone number is a call back.

They use automatic dialers (adads) to call numbers. Illegal as no real voice first.

Calling the callback number (888) a lady answers. Sez she is in India. I had a little fun when she asked for my number....gave her 1-800-555-1212. Ha.....so she prolly is in India. She says they are marketing and not selling....shrewd these folks are....

Suggest you all file with the FTC and your State Atty  Gen ofice if you have a state DNC list.
Isnt modern technology great? You can dial an 800 or 888 and it ends up in India BUT when a 888/800 # calls you it doesn't show up on your screen....

The automated call has been occurring 2-3 times a day for over a month!  Says this is not a sales call but concerning a personal business matter (although the entire recorded message is very hard to understand).  I called it yesterday just for kicks and held on after listing to another annoying automated msg, to finally speak to a very rude Arshad and Mark, who said they are in India.  After refusing to give him my phone number, Mark became extremely arrogant saying I should get a job so I would have time to make annoying phone calls.  I did learn from talking to them that the U.S. office for Oxford Management Services is in Melville, NY and that they are a "financial institution."

I keep receiving calls from this number and have been for several weeks saying it is "not a sales call, but concerning a personal business matter." The man has a foreign accent and only leaves a phone number to call. Finally, my husband call the number from his work and the man with the accent identified himself as being with Oxford Management Services. We don't do business with any such business nor do we know of any such service. The man with the foreign accent repeatedly ask for our phone number, but my husband would not give it to him. The name of this company is being forwarded to the Missouri No Call List, for whatever good it will do.

I receive continuous calls on a daily basis from this person -- man with an indian accent. I even come in the mornings and there are numerous messages in my business voice mail from this person.  This morning I had 5 voicemail calls from him. When you answer the phone all you get is a pre-recorded message about this is not a sales call, please do not hang up and then he leaves an 888 number to call back to.

REAL BOGUS - Leaving message each day on our voice mail with this number, do not identify themselves, other than "this is not a sales, call ... about personal business". If you call this number, auto anwser comes on "Please hold, The next available representative will help you" (but not identifying themselves and you get put on hold for a long time.

Called from a different number left a VM to call this 888 number but no identification. When calling the number they put you on hold but still no identification of who it is. Has been calling everyday at the sametime for a week.

Caller left no message nor who they were.
