Doing the same.  Not very trusting of letters randomly arriving to give me a GREAT DEAL by reducing my  mortgage amount.

I got a letter in the mail from a VA loan refinance company with this number. It doesn't have a name so I am researching the number. Figured I'd add the comment here.
