Calls Every Evening About 6pm...Never Leaves Message...

I rec'd a $15.95 charge on my credit card.  Supposedly I authorized this charge.  But, I specifically remember declining the "service."  Wells Fargo would not do anything about reversing the charges.  Next call is to the BBB.

These phone calls are 90% error with the system with Wells Fargo, showing up as the credit defense number.. It should be fixed soon.

This number has called me numerous times, disrupting calls,disrupting faxes comming to my number and waking me up in the morning or disrupting dinner at night. There is no id on the phone when the calls come in, and a message is never left...888-675-2151 is Wells Fargo Credit Defense. They say that they cannot tell me who called me or why, but it must have to do with my Wells Fargo Credit card although I have never had one, applied for one, or even received junk mail with applications for such a card. They say that they will put me on the do not call list, but it will take several weeks for that to occur. The rep seemed nonplussed by my call, as if she receives compalints daily regarding this issue. It seems like a sales call, but there seems no immediate or definate ways of stopping these calls.

This is Dell Financial Services.  They called my house about 10 times today to sell me additional services.  And when you tell them to take you off of their solicitation list, they tell you it takes 2 to 6 weeks.  Yeah, right.
