Just received fax.  Called them to inform them that "FCC rules provide that it is unlawful to send unsolicited advertisements to any fax machine, including those at both businesses and residences, without the recipient's prior express invitation or permission."  Before I could finish the statement, they hung up on me!

Unfortunately I fell for this mess and paid their premiums - now I am in debt up to my eyeballs and attempting to find their E & O carrier to assist in 25K for hospital/doctor bills.

Received an unsolicited junk fax for discount insurance. I called & the scumbag at the other end claimed that the name of the company is Healthcare Solutions in Sioux Falls. Can't find a Health Care Solutions web site so they must not exist and this is probably a scam. I then informed the maggot that it is illegal to send junk faxes and the a***ole got rude with me. I'll leave it to your imgination what I called him before he hung up on me.

They claim to represent a nationwide PPO and the prices are too hard to believe.
In PA even if you are a broker, if you sell any form of insurance product you must be LICENSED by the COMMONWEALTH of PA.
THEY ARE NOT.
A check on google, nothing comes up.
I get 2-3 faxes a week from these guys and calling their opt off list does not work.
Anyone interested in a class action lawsuiit send email to Tambrosia@gmail.com, Ii am sure we can find an attorney who would be willing to fight this matter.

Called and spoke with a gentleman who explained that National Healthcare is a broker for Beech Street Network, [www.beechstreet.com] a Vivant Network corporation.  I would recommend going to their customer service site and sending them an email, explaining how they are liable for these illegal faxes, since they are the benefiting party.  Or, you could try suing them as they are much easier to find and may actually have money should you win.

Called them and they answered as National HealthCare Assn. They send me 1 fax almost everyday.

Have gotten this fax like 5 times... enough is enough.. they need to be stopped!!

These vermin need to be exterminated.
