I received my first call from this number tonight, November 27. I did not answer because I did not know who it was.  I had received a call earlier from a number that I know is Chase Bank.  I assume it is the same people, with a different phone number.

The name of the company that left the message stated to be from NCO.

calls at 8:40 a.m. on a Saturday morning with a recording for me to hold. So, naturally, I stay on the line to tell the person how much I don't appreciate being harassed early on a Saturday and she mockingly laughs at me with a very pronounced "Ha Ha Ha." Who do you contact to report these people? If I started making similar phone calls in my town I would be arrested for phone harassment.

Calls about 20 times in one day does not leave a message, always during the daybwhen at work.

Several calls, several different people.  Very rude and threatening for a card that I am already paying the card company on.   I don't answer anymore.  They say they are taking me to court!  Joke's on them...I'll see them in court.

We also got the automated call on the cellphone. We don't owe any money and they are pain! We simply enter the number in the cellphone for all these companies and don't answer it when they call.

call from this no. they are blocked by me but call shows up, then my fax blocker hangs up on them.

Getting calls from this number.  Very annoying.  I am old and completely disabled and It is hard for me to get to the phone.  I wished somebody would do something about these calls.

Got a call at 8.00AM and ths SOB's won't leave a message.They call early and wake me up and say nothing.

Numerous calls for last several months, usually during the day while I'm at work, so they just leave messages: "must call regarding" then they give a name to contact and a file number to reference; I do not owe any agencies any money, and since they don't mention the name of the person they're trying to reach, it's even more annoying.  Didn't know the name or type of company till I looked it up online.

Four calls,twice ap person,twice automated divce.called and told them not to call the number it is a cell phone.they waited one day and a person called asking for a pam  something or the other.I told her not to call again,an dthat is a cell phone and i would take them to court. it is illegal to call or use a automated device to collect a debt on a cellphone.The  lady appolzied and hung up. the funniest part it isnt my cell phone and its my sons,and know one knew how they got that number,since the debt was not his.we will see if any more calls come.

It is against federal law for collection agencyes to call your cell pnone,using automated phonedevices also are illeage. they can pay you 500.00 or more,. go on line and search stop collectors and also unlawful use of debt colloctors calls to cellphones.Texas Debt and collection laws.lots of info on the web about all of this.

I didn't know who this caller was but just found out from this website it is a collection company. I don't have any outstanding debt but these people keep calling asking for someone I don't know. The caller won't identify themselves and annoyingly keeps calling even though I have repeatedly explained I don't know the person they are after.

I get a phone call @ work every day around the same time from 888-725-3600, if I answer it is someone from OSI and each time I tell them not to call me at work, if I don't answer, they don't leave a message.  One day after I told her not to call me at work anymore for the ump-teenth time, she told me to forward her to my "HR" department if I was going to refuse to answer her questions.  I hung up and she actually called my HR department and left her call back name and number.

calls from this number to my cell about eight months ago on a twice daily basis, then stopped after about a month - message was to call back within the hour or serious consequences would ensue

got a call today (after a not getting calls for the past six months) - no message

Tired of them calling for a person who doesn't live here. Their so rude !! They want information but don't want to give any. Wrong number how many was can you say it ?

I never use my home phone (except for the Internet) but I picked it up to call my voice mail today and it AUTOMATICALLY dialed this number! I immediately hung up before it could complete the call. I don't know if this is a collection agency but I Do know that what they're doing is unethical and probably illegal. I also had the message on my voice mail telling me to cal them. Yeah, right!

This stupid computer called me this morning 8:41AM on New Years Day asking for me to call an 800 number for an important message.
It seems to be a collection agency looking for someone that they refuse to tell me who it is

Recording requesting a return call to 800-451-0549.  Number is owned by Outsourcing Solutions Inc (OSI). They are a collections agency with many sub-companies: http://www.osioutsourcing.com/about.asp.  They collect for all sorts of debt.

Has just started calling a family member asking for my phone number.  I believe it is connected to a similiar instance above where a phone number used to belong to someone else who owed someone money.  They are threatening in tone.  I have contacted the Attorney General in my state.

calls many time a day

on my cel phone which is on a dnc list. when I pick up there is a recorded voice saying that the next available agent will be with me shortly.

I get a Voicemail on my cell phone from this # that says "This call is for XXXXXXX, if you continue listening to this message then you acknowledge you are this person and you do owe a valid debt." I feel this is entrapment because my voicemail answers, not me!!! Their computer system doesn't know if a live person answered the phone or not, but now they can garnish my wages because they can say I acknowledged the debt!

they keep calling me too and when i don't answer they leave a message saying to call 1 877 442 0242 to discuss some problem. and they keep saying the sooner i call the sonner the problem can be solved. at first they were asking for evon, who i know had this number before me, but now they just leave like a recording or that's wht is sounds like. it's really annoying. i get other 2 seriously i've had this number for over 2 years they should know not to call for evon anymore!!!!

Repeated collection phone calls (approx. 6 per week) for a person I do not know. I previously received calls from Iowa Student Loan for this person, Christy Luke, and eventually managed to be removed from their database. This collection agency continues to call despite my telling them repeatedly that I don't know Christy, and that she must have had this phone number before me.

My Dad/Stepmom owes them money. They life at a different address. They call me the pricks... I told them once they have the wrong number. And I don't have a good number for my dad/step mom. They said ok thank you. Yet they still keep on calling... WTF do they want from me?
