Some calls anytime of the day but doesn't say anything. It could cause accident when I am driving and this call comes in and distract me to answer the call but no one says a word.

They call 3-4 times per week, I usually don't answer, but the couple times I did they disconnected as soon as I said hello.

I get one or two calls daily. No one answers. I call it back and a foreign sounding voice says I reached India and then tells me about how to transfer money.

they usually call and there's nobody on the other end--probably robo calls. The funny thing is that the few times I did have somebody on the other, they did not have anything to offer. I was assuming they would have called for some promotional offer.
