I keep getting calls too, and so I decided to go as far as I could without giving any personal information. Here is their disclamer...

Yourbalancecheck.com is a financial matching service - matching prospective borrowers with prospective lenders. Your information may be placed with one of several independent loan companies. Not all independent loan companies will approve you for a loan or can provide you with up to $1,500 on your first loan. We cannot guarantee final approval of unsecured cash loans. Qualifying for final approval of a cash loan depends on various factors including income and the state in which you reside. Yourbalancecheck.com is not a financial institution or a lender.

What a crock of s***. Fcuking Scam for sure.
I tried to get someone on the phone so that I could tell them what I think. Obviously I did not get to talk with anyone. So I guess the next step is to report this company to the Better Business Bureau .

General information about telemarketing fraud:
It is estimated telemarketing fraud costs consumers in excess of forty billion dollars each year. It can take many forms: phony prize promotions, credit repair scams, business opportunity and get rich quick schemes, and investment fraud. Also watch out for ?sound-alike? charitable solicitations. Older Coloradans are often the ones victimized by telemarketers trying to take advantage of failing health or desperate financial concerns. Also check out the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, which can be accessed on the FTC?s website at www.ftc.gov.
Protect yourself from telemarketing fraud.  Consumers can protect themselves from telemarketing fraud by:
       * Be suspicious of anyone calling your home or office promising prizes and awards if you agree to participate in their promotion. Most often, those prizes don?t exist.
       * Never give your credit card or bank account number to a stranger calling you on the telephone.
       * Never agree to purchase products sight unseen.
       * Don?t be pressured into participating by claims that ?today is the last day of promotion,? or ?you must act now or you will lose out.? This is usually just a ploy to get you to buy.

Any commercial telephone seller must allow a purchaser to cancel within three days after the purchaser's receipt of the goods, services or property. You must deliver or send written notice and return any goods.

Same as everyone else - started this weekend with the 877-606-3783 calls, and proceeded today with the 743-3451 number....

rec'd a call lastnite just after 6pm, woman asked for me by name, and then said she was calling about starting an internet business, asked if I recalled submitting my number, which I did NOT do so of course I said NO. Then asked if I was interested in starting my own internet business, and again I said no. She thanked me and hung up. Hopefully it's the last I hear from her. I also get calls from other 888 and 877 numbers several times a week, and am also listed on the Do Not Call list, a lot of good that thing is!

File a complaint with the FCC:
https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do

they need the phone number or the name of the company. Do this every time you get a call from FS Lending or any other company. Also, email your Congress-person and Senator every time it happens, and make sure they know what happens with the Do Not Call list - i.e. Nothing!

For the past 2 weeks, I have received numerous calls at various times, even in the evening, from this number.  They want your bank account number and said I was eligible to receive a $15,000 loan.  I gave them no information, AND I DO NOT WANT TO GET A LOAN FROM THEM!  THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO STOP THEM!  ALL THAT ARE INVOLVED IN THAT BUNCH OF SCAMMERS SHOULD BE IN JAIL...NOW!!!!!  IT IS A SHAME THAT I HAVE TO BE PESTERED BY THESE IDIOTS, AND THEY ARE TOO CHICKEN TO GIVE THEIR NAMES, ETC.  THEY ALSO USE THE NUMBER 877-606-3783.  WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO ANNOY AND PESTER INNOCENT PEOPLE?  MY NUMBER IS UNLISTED AND I AM ON THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST AND THE MASS. DO NOT CALL LIST.  THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.  IF I FIND OUT WHO THESE IDIOTS ARE, I WILL PROSECUTE THEM TO THE MAX.  IF THEY KEEP CALLING ME, I'M GOING TO ONE OF OUR LOCAL TV STATIONS AND GET THEIR NUMBER ON TV AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW WHAT WE PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA HAVE TO TOLERATE!!!!!!  DO SOMETHING NOW, DAMN IT!!!!

CONSTANTLY RECEIVING RECORDED CALLS FROM 1 888 743 3451 ABOUT APPROVED MONIES THAT CAN BE DEPOSITED IN MY ACCT. I'VE PRESSED #1 TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR LIST BUT NO GOOD. IN A COUPLE OF THE CALLS THE RECORDING DOES REQUEST MY CHECKING ACCT. TRACKING # AND THEN THE ACTUAL ACCT. # PLUS MY SAVINGS ACCT.# SO THE MONEY COULD BE DEPOSITED. NATURALLY I DID NOT GIVE THIS INFO. I DID HANG UP AND CALLED THE # BACK & TO MY SURPRISE GOT SOMEONE LIVE. I GUESS I GOT A LITTLE EXCITED AND WENT OFF ON HIM BIG TIME. THEY ARE CALLING MY CELL PHONE AND IT'S BEEN ON THE "DO NOT CALL" LIST FOR 4 MONTHS & I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT EVERY TIME I GET A CALL ...SO THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE FTC DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. ANOTHER # I THINK THESE CALLERS USE IS 1-877-606-3783. I'VE ALSO FILED COMPLAINT HERE ALSO.

My 12-yr-old daughter received at least 5 messages on her cell phone from this company asking if she wanted to resolve her debt issues.  She finally listened long enough to chose the option to have her name taken off of their list.  Not sure if this will work or not.

I just called back the number and the recording said "Thanks for calling F.S. Financials"(a "supposed" credit repair service for people oweing $5000.00 or more to credit cards). If you don't want any more calls from us, press 1." I did and got another recording saying that if I remove my number from their database, I won't receive any more important messages from them. It also asked me if I wanted to be removed, press 1, or if I still wanted to receive phone calls from them, press 2. I pressed 1, so we'll see what happens.
