I got a call from 888 754 0431 claiming they are with faster cash too and I was approved for a loan I could barely understand the indian accent speaking man and its a scam they want a 300 verification stop right there and I hung up.

Its faster cash today customer support  its still a scam.

I got a call at work from a woman names Kay Montgomery saying that she was giving me the chance to contact a Jessica Benton at 888-754-0431 to clear my name in a check fraud.  Never once did she say where she or this Jessica was from or any specific info.

I got a call from this number of course it was blocked and they also called my brother to say they needed to speak to me.  I called it back got recordings and left message.  They also called my work and left number for me to call back.  I am sick of these people calling and treating legal action ect.  Saying that you have committed fraud and making accusations that you did something wrong.  Said part is they don't understand our laws and I tell them so.  they are rude and most cant speak English so it is hard to understand them.  Wish someone could stop these scammers they are just a nuisance.

You got garnished did you? Then you'll have no problem posting this outfits physical address, valid phone number, owners name(s), etc. You have no reason to avoid doing so, do you? You have all their info....right?
I suspect you won't post a damn thing. And we'll all know why!

A Site for scammers by scammer to catch scammers? Stumbled accross this as I exp the same. Except I was actually hit with garnishement of 25% in NB. Thanks for the advice. Next time Ill consult an attorney. You guys should too!!!

It's a scam. A wage garnishment is ordered by the court. After a hearing. Which you would have received a summons for.
The scammers & frauds just love using legal jargon. Which is rather pathetic, seeing that they lack the intelligence to understand even the simplest of legal procedures. They're simply hoping that you'll be intimidated by their bluster.
This site exposes frauds everyday. Take your time and look through the Forum & the other sections. Learn of your rights under the FDCPA. There are links on this site; or you can Google it.
When a person becomes aware of what's happening out there, the odds are good he'll be outraged & will become a committed "fraud fighter". I, and the other regulars here, see it all the time. It warms our hearts...and enrages the frauds!

Omg!! The same thing just happen to me today 8/29. The guy stated that his name was Mike Abraham  and that he had just verified my place of employment and state of Florida for a wage garnishment. Hmmm.. Remind u he called from a block number and never stated what the wage garnishment was for, so when I google the 888-755-0431 number that he left on my voicemail I read similar comments. Is this a scam? I'm sure it is.

Just received a voicemail from a man claiming he has verified my employer and is faxing a wage garnishment to my HR dept. No information regarding the nature of the debt.

Left message saying I had 2 hours to call them back or they would send the sheriff and file a wage garnishment with my HR department. Never said who the debt was for and I've never received anything in writing. Filed complaint with FTC.
