Got a voicemail from Investigator Mark. Asking for information on someone named Bonnie regarding an ongoing investigation and pending court case. I called the number back and told them they had the wrong number and I don't know anyone by that name. The guy didn't even ask for my name or the case number they provided, but told me he would take my number off their list and hung up. Unfortunate, because I had a whole list of things to say to burn these scammers.

This number called my exwife then I called them back.  This supposed "investigator" was very rude saying that I had past bad checks.  I do not.  I was threatened with a felony charge through the county; one of which I do not reside in.  He told me that I needed to get a lawyer as he was filing charges of fraud.  I asked what company he represented and where the company was located.  He was very vague in their identification of who they were and who they worked for, the only information on his company was "fraud division.  The more questions I asked the more rude and hateful the "investigator" became.  I finally just hung up on him.

First thing you can do is STOP lying about this fraudulent company and we all know you can NOT get arrested for a bad debt, I mean everyone but you knows

Fraudulant calls. Fake scam. Contacted the court house to verify that I do not have any charges, contacted the sheriff's office and civil law office who also verified I have no charges/ liens/ warrants/ or ANYTHING against me. Reported to the state'attoney! Do not fall for it.

This company just called me and told me he was LT. Thergood and that he was investigating me for theft and that there was pending charges at my county court house.. he then proceeded to tell me that he knew where i lived and that if i filed bankruptcy i was a coward and needed to pay my damn bills and quit being a snake.. i went on to tell him he didnt know me and that he needed to send me information about this alleged debt then he told me that since he was an investigator he did not have to send me proof of anything.. he would bring it too me in my jail cell! I have never in my life encountered such filth from someone trying to collect a debt in my life!

Above person calls from a law firm claiming to be a lawyer.  He is not one.

Who are these people and how did they get my cell phone?  I never hardly use it

6:00 a.m. phone rings, they leave a message.  I do not know mister investigater man, and I think he failed as an investigator due to the fact he called the wrong number looking for the wrong pepole.  Really need to call so early in the morning?????  Did not return his call, he needs to go phishing in some other lake.  Sorry poor excuse of an investigator, no sandwhich here for you.

They called me yesterday, telling me that they would see further action such as a felons out of my home our place of employment. Who the hell are these people.

I just got a call from them for someone I know.  When I asked how they got my cell phone, she replied some BS about software being able to pull up known associates.  I called back asking for the name of the company and dude ran my telephone number.  They have access to the same software I used to skip trace people at a law firm.  Most companies have a rule against running random people because there is just too much information.  He said he was running it through a "national crime data base".  He was an a**.  If I could find out who they were, I would do more than just post anonymously on a website!

He thinks they're gonna sprinkle croutons and lettuce leaves on him.

my mom received a call today looking for someone with a similar name but not my name at her home about a a fraudulent check i supposedly wrote in 2009...here it is 2013 and they are just now contacting me....they didn't have my proper last name...the guy said that the lady must have mispronounced it...then when i asked if i wrote this pay day advance check did he have a copy of my drivers license and social security card and proof of residence on file...he said he did ...i find that kinda weird becuz i never wrote a cash advance in the state of MI in 2009...they didn't have the right county i lived in at the time...or the proper address they had my moms address not when i was residing at the time i supposedly wrote this check...he said he was filing a law suit for fraud against me in warren county then said macomb county....so which one is it...when i asked him what MY DATE OF BIRTH WAS he had the wrong date of birth also...if he truly had a physical copy of my drivers license he would have been able to tell me my date of birth...at this point i got rude and nasty with him on the phone and hung up on him...

my family members,church members are receiving phone calls from this number
looking for me ,saying i wrote a frudel check  and to contact them if not i will go to gail
i ask them to stop calling but they continue to call

this person calls asking questions says he's a fraud investigator to get your info.  I have reported him to the proper authorities.

who are these people?? If they just served him papers they can not garnish his wages unless you go to court. It is 30-60 from the time you get served to the time you go to court. Get your facts straight before shilling as week as this.

I got a call and thought it was a collection agency and ignored it.  Now the sheriffs department is calling to serve me paperwork.  I don't have bail money...what to do?

Received call on cell phone.

Female Caller, rambled off "this is investigator xxxxx, from Shelby Count, Department of Fraud. Then asked for a RXXXXX WXXXXXX. I replied, I do not know this individual, nor have I ever heard of her. I asked her what company she was with and how did she get my phone number? She replied, "well if your not her, then why does it matter?" To which I replied, "you called my cellphone". Caller hung up.


I then called the number on the caller Id, and a male answered. I asked the name of his company and whether he was a state or federal government office. He was just as rude as the first caller. Repeatedly asked for my name. He did say he was an Investigator with a private company. I asked him, the location of his company and he replied, we are in all 50 states. I asked several times which location, he was answering the call from. to include where was Shelby County. All he would say is North Carolina. Then in a very condescending tone, he said do you have the internet where you are at? I was irritated and hung up the phone.

It is obvious, these people have something to hide. They talk in a very threatening manner and are very rude. I do not know the person they called for. My concern is I have had the same phone number for about nine years. They ask questions that fish for information. When you ask for information, they are not forthcoming. Suspicious.

Got a call from this number this morning asking for a family member.  I took a message.  Left the house and then got a call on my cell number from the same number (and the same guy).  I took that guy, (his name Investigator Currie) that he called the wrong number.  I think this is a scam and I asked to be removed from his call list.  

Investigator Currie is using scare tactics claiming fraud, and law suit filed with the local county court.  Don't believe this do***e bag!!!

These people are rough.  They asked for my father and I told them he didn't live here.  Three days later the Sheriffs came and served him with papers.  He had to go to town in Harrisburg and they are garnishing his wages.
