Got the first call from 888-756-2561 yesterday, but didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  They have called twice today (a Saturday), and I have not answered, nor have they left a message.  Will probably answer the next one and tell them I'm not interested in whatever they're calling about and to stop calling and take my name off their list.

I think they need to outlaw telemarketing. If there is a cause I want to donate money to I WILL CALL THEM. Cold calling like that makes me want to tell them to stick it. It's sooooo annoying!!!

I got the call from 888-756-2561 as well. The guy knew the last four of my card on the account but I wasn't going to give him the number.

I did call the REAL number at Sirius and the offer was indeed valid. I went ahead and ordered the radio which is a great deal.

The deal was a stratus radio which comes with a remote control and a car kit.

The catch is that you order a quarterly subscription for the radio and add it to your account. The total I was quoted was 9.99 for the radio and a 15.00 activation fee with the quarterly subscription at 6.95*3

Has called several times in the past week, but never leaves a message when they reach the machine.  I called back and it IS Sirius.  The odd thing is I already spoke to someone in regards to my son's subscription (which was purchased and is renewed by his uncle) and I asked them not to call again.

calls several times a day and all times, morn'n, noon and night.  No one ever says anything even when I do answser and always hang up before voice mail comes on...very annoying..wakes me up on weekends when it's the only time I get to sleep in.

i tried calling the number back and it was like it was scrambled.

I have been getting calls from this number, nobody ever answers when I pick up the horn. I have also been getting many harassing calls from 915-225-2550 and 888-225-4398, these 2 numbers come from people who call themselves "DJ Orthopedics" although on caller I.D their name is listed as "unknown". Heavy accented voices.
No legitimate business would act this way. I signed up several years ago for the "Do not call list" Re-signed yesterday anew. Been trying to contact the FTC, have not been able to get to a live person and state my case.

Got  a call from 888-756-2561.  It was around 6:06 p.m and I let it go to vmail.   They didn't leave a message.  I  think telemarketers get away with calling and not leaving a return number so that we don't have the opportunity to call them back and say "take me off your calling list or I'll sue."  This way they cover  their a***s.  I can't believe it's been going on this long.

I let it go to voicemail - but they left no message.  We do also have Sirius, but have no desire to "upgrade" - so will not be answering this call.

as far as i know, no one has answered and they don't leave messages. i do believe my parents have a sirius radio system though

Received the call with the 2nd radio offer left as a message. I did not return the call.

they called no one answered finally they hung up, MY question is if they are fishing for info on the accounts from Sirus cant Sirus do something about it??

It's someone from Sirius Satellite Radio. They are calling to offer additional radio subscritions. I subscribe already, so no big deal.

GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER - I DIDN'T ANSWER BECAUSE I FELT IT WAS A TELEMARKETER.  THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.

We have been getting quite a few calls from 888/800 numbers lately so when the phone rang I ran to get it to see who keeps calling us. The line was open but quiet as I said, "hello, hello, who is this?" no answer at all and for 30-35 sec. this went on then finally it was disconnected and I heard the dial tone. I am not sure who this is but they need to stop bugging people!

I got the call from 888-756-2561 as well.

I realized that my account password previously was "SIRIUS"
That was my fault of course.

inside that account was my ph#, radio's s/n, and last 4 of my cc#.

A sales person (female) who claimed to be with Sirius satellite radio.  Offered a 2nd free radio for free with a discounted monthly price because I'm already a 'valued' subscriber.  Everything sounded great at first (because I absolutely love my sirius radio!) until they asked for credit info.  Told them that I thought they would put it on my current account and bill me, and that I'd rather not give my credit card # over the phone,  said that she could not access the sirius billing system to confirm my credit card #.  RED FLAG!  They offered legitimate 'sounding' information such as radio esn and acct. number.  I told the woman that I would call sirius myself with a phone number that I know is valid,  she insisted that I call back the 888-756 number.  

I called the real sirius number 888-get-sirius,  first of all,  I had problems accessing my account,  this is interesting because I tried to access my account using my home telephone number,  and apparently I never gave sirius my new home number!  the number at which the 888-756 sales lady called me on!  RED FLAG!  SO,  I updated my contact information with the 'real' sirius folks,  and while we were on the phone, I asked if sirius had any deals being made for a new free 2nd radio with a discounted monthly price,  you guessed it! the answer was NO,  and I was warned to be careful accepting calls from anyone claiming to be sirius,  and to never give my credit card # over the phone. DUH!  So,  unless there is in fact a program going on that the real sirius salesperson didn't know about,  I'd RUN, NOT WALK,  away from anybody calling from 888-756-2561....
