My exact experience! These people are terrible!!!

General Managers name is Ed Roberts (or so he says) REPORT HIM!! One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a company! DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! ITS A SCAM!!! IM REPORTING THEM TO BBB AND IN THE MIDDLE OF FILING A SMALL CLAIM AGAINST THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE VERY VERY RUDE! NO SHAME AT ALL!

Can you please tell me if you had any luck contacting the county about this? I want to take ANY and ALL measures to put a stop to this maddness

Myself and 3 other friends purchased trips to Cancun in April, with the intent to travel at the end of June and still have not got all the final info to book the trip, 6/4/12  so far we are out of $170 for the downpayment and $139 for the processing fee. When I called to ask how much longer we had to wait til we can book our trip, the girl Mary from customer service became rude. She lied and said the departments had no connections, but she was in the same room when I called the place I purchased the trip from.. 1-888-758-4449. I ask to speak to someone who had proper knowledge of the process, and I explain how their customer service was not helpful, this Mary speak out and say, I did give you the correct info, and I said no you didnt. You told me you had no connection with the other departments, and your right in the same room. So was that the truth?? She hung up the phone. When I called back to speak to someone over her I was told Im not getting a superviors because I called Mary a liar. I said i ask her why she told things that were untrue, and I wanted to know was how much longer I had to wait on the trip I paid for 2months ago (not unreasonable for asking)she told me I was verbally attacking her. I never raised my voice I never used bad language even though they were totally rude. So please do not use these people!!!!

It would seem that this is just another scam. They claim to have great travel deals; but you can not et any information on the company World Wide Travel

The number listed at the bottom is a fake fax number removal number.

This company sends faxes advertising vacation packages.  It is illegal to solicit by fax in Florida and I'm offended that they use "my paper and toner" to do this.  When I call them they just hang up on me. They don't list the name of their company.

at least one of the people working there uses rude language on the phone.  you have to wonder what his mother taught him.

I have been receiving unwanted faxes from 888-758-4449, I called number on bottom and it's not correct, I called the reservation number and asked to be removed and wanted to the name of the coompany so I could report them.  The guy said , "f*** you f**got, I've got your fax number now f**got so now you're going to get black page faxes now f**got"

How can they be stopped?

Junk faxes like this need to be reported to the FCC!  Use this link to make your report.  They need to know how many of these junk faxes are going out, and cannot (will not) respond to the reports until there is a significant amount of complaints.  There are huge fines to these scammers for sending the faxes, we just have to make the complaints.  Here's the link: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

So did your vacation plans ever come through?

I get faxes from this company two and three times a day.  The number they provide at the bottom of the fax to have your number removed is out of service. Someone needs to put an end to this nonsense, they cost me $100 a year in paper.

This is a vacation sales company and they fax offers incessantly.  Don't answer the phone, you'll regret it.

They keep faxing us! The fax removal number of course is not in service of course and when you call the 888 number on the flyer and ask to be removed they hang up on you or put you on a silent hold until you get frustrated and hang up. They dont even tell you who you are calling and just answer "travel agency". Wish there was someone I could complain to so World Wide Travel gets fined 100 times!

DONT PURCHASE ANY TRIPS FROMT THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE ALL SCAMS! WE PURCHASED 10 TRIPS TO CABO AND NOTHING! WE GO STUCK LOOKING LIKE SUCKERS! THEY ARE SO NICE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY! AFTER THAT THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP TILL YOU REALIZE WHATS GOING ON! IT REALLY IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!!!

Sending unsolicited faxes if a violation of federal law. Anyone who send you an unsolicited fax is violating the law. Therefore you received this fax from criminals.

And you still want to do business with them?

I received a fax with amazing rates on all inclusive travel from 888-758-4449...I called the number and the man who answered was very elusive when he answered my questions.  I asked what the promotion was all about and he said, "travel, do you like to travel?".  I told him yes, that was why I was calling and he said, "well if you want to go on a vacation, you have 27 minutes to book your trip.  The promotion is ending!"  So I said no thank you... I don't think having a time limit put on you, is a good position to be in, when spending money with a company that is unfamiliar / unknown.

That is what lead me to do a search under their phone number.  I'm really glad I did so I could learn what others have experienced and share my story.  I would not ever book a "trip" with this company.

And how did it turned out?
I'm curious because i want to do the trip to Daytona Beach 3  days/ 2 nights with my wife.
I'm not sure what other fees i do have to expect. Any ideas?

Called this number after receiving the fax.  A lady name Lisa gave me information for a trip to Vegas and said that they only accept electronic checks.  When I asked who the check would be made out to, she hesitated then said Front Sun & Travel.

Company name is World Wide Travel and agent didn't hesitate to give his extention number or name of company.

The same thing happened to me! I asked what the name of the company was and they asked if I wanted to book a trip. These people are con-artists and they are sending faxes to a Government office. I'm sending it to our County Attorney's office and see if they can look into this. I hope they get arrested for harrassment. I've repeatedly asked them to STOP sending us faxes and they are still doing it. We have a large paper shortage and they are making things alot worse for us. DON'T book anything with these people. I'm pretty certain they will take your money and run. Any company that will not even give out their name is not to be trusted! I'm calling the better business bureau also.

I called (888-758-4449) about the NYC trip 3 days/2 nights w/airfare today (1/30/12).  For a family of (4) it costs $600; then at check in you pay for the Room Tax ($25 a night=$50) + Airfare Tax ($49 x 4= $196) a total of $246.  Total trip cost $846 for family of (4) to visit NYC for 3 days/2 nights.  Going to give fax to Hubby so he can call later and find out more info. if any.

I received a fax too.  when I call the number, I asked what company I had called, and they said that it was a travel agency.  I asked, "what's the name of your travel agency?".  She didn't answer, and instead asked me if I wanted to book a vacation.  

She put me on hold for 5 minutes, ... still holding....

15 minutes later.... I hung up.

i recieved a fax as well , and very interested but unsure.
