I swear i almost got in a car accident after listing to one of their message. I thought they were real!  Saying police offer was looking for my address, to serve me a legal summons. (see I live rural,so i could of been true) So please call or we are going to your place of employment.,( they been bugging for about 7 months) nothing has happened yet .  
They do keep calling. It may also be just be a scam, i am only guilty for owing credit cards stuff..( yes whole family laid off two January ago and again aug 2011) So please don't give them any money! Sound like they are fake.
Please let me know if you get some legal advice, if this is not right.  I have all the saved recorded calls if you need them! I heard you can get money for there poor practices.

Hummm.  Sounds official...but they are just bullying you... Its may be a debt collector being creative, but call or on line check your local court and check for judgement....That is what my free consultation with bankruptcy lawyer did. I ask if they can take $ from accounts..,he said no one can garnish or take money out of your bank accounts with out legal judgement.(go it made me realize what they can do). ... DO NOT ever give account numbers over phone ask them to send in mail with the company. JUST RECENTLY A DEBT COLLECTOR HER IN MY COUNTY, IS BUSTED!! THEY NEVER FORWARD TO THE MONEY COLLECT TO ANYONE, THEY KEPT IT FOR THEM Self's. If you owe someone call them and tell them you want to do an in house collection...they most Lilly charged it off, so its not going to help your credit much...but in seven years you ll have a 690 score, just stay low, no credit,and if you have to file a bank bankruptcy. nOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL...YOUR STILL A GOOD PERSON!

Girl friend , They just called : left message Saying they are trying to get a hold of me so they can get an uniformed officer to my place of business or home... to issue a legal summons. If I don't call the 888-758-7740 or 888-871-0231 in the nest 3 hrs  they will file a failure to server to my local ****** court house., and legal blah blah will happen. This has to be borer line harassment. It is ?
They have been calling for 4 months, nothing has happened and I have been watching my online court doc 2 just c if i am push to a bK. good luck.

I have two calls and when I do not answer it because I only have a cell phone and it comes up as unavailable or something to that.  When I called the 888 number, the first time it rang about 10 times so I hung up.  Then I called back and after about 6 rings some girl answered and I did not understand what she said, I gave her a ref # that was on the voice mail and she transferred me to extension 227.
When I gave him (Eric Vera) my ref #, he said "how can I help you", I said "you called me with the same message that everybody else has had.  He had information about a account from back in 2006, 5 years agao.  I have been working two other legal firms about other accounts that I am paying on and this one sound fishy and after reading that this is happening to other people, now I not sure what to do, My husband and I are going thru some rough times in our marriage and I dont want him to know.  This Eric guy said that I could sercure this with a credit card or debit card.  I said I dont have any credit cards (I am trying to get of the trouble with them in the first place).  And who has 15,000.00 in their account that they pull out of there a** at a moments notice.  I am paying on bill thru a legal firm and they mailed me paper work that I had sign.  And one legal firm as garnished my wages (which is think is kinda funny because they are getting less then what I was intially paying them a month) but oh well.
I can check our local court system for any simmons and none have been filed.  Since other people have had this problem.  I think I will just wait.

888-758-7740 someone answer the phone only by saying "Scheduling" and then ask for file # I just tried googling number and this is what I get
"Information about this toll free number could not be located.
Please search for a different number." I spoke to someone at ext 227 and he was to call me back in 20 minutes after he pulls my file. Well still no call. He also told me he works with the clerks of court and litigations. I have no clue what I have done. I am tired of these people calling my 79 year old father and getting him upset.
They called him last Monday and now this Monday. I think it is a bunch of crap how this so call company works but I will get to the bottom of this and have it stopped.

Got a call this morning and they asked if I was going to be home within 2 hours to receive a summons to appear in court, I told the guy no and he asked if I knew what it was in regards to and again I said no and then he gave me a number to call 888-758-7740. After giving it a few minutes I called and some guy answered and forward me to another guy who answered "litigation" he told mei was going to be served with papers and being sued for unpaid debt on a credit card and said " but we can take care of this with a payment in full!" I responded how in the heck are you going to say that I am goi g to be served with papers in a few hours that apparently had been drawn up with a court date set and then want to me to pay a settlement?? He said othe receives the money before the papers are gi en to me then he can stop the law suit but if not then I will have to go to court and he will put some type of hold on my credit report that will stop lenders from ever lending me money for 10 years. I told him I wad not comfortable giving money over the phone and will contact my uncle that is a lawyer ( that was a lie). The guy offered to call my uncle for ke and I said no and he hung up on me. Needless to say it's been over 12 hours since I received that call and no papers have been served to me. They lie to get their money so I will lie back to not give them any.

Someone called me from a private number saying that they have a summons to serve and if I was going to be at my address within the next 3 hours. I asked what it was about and she did not know she gave me a phone number to call 888-758-7740 and a case number. I called the number and someone answered saying corporate office. I asked corporate office to where and she would not tell me and just asked me if I have a case. I told her I have to call back but will report it to the Federal Trade Commission. Please do not provide your information to them. They already have your information because they can repeat it to you.
