I called this number today thinking it was trend micro software. It was not. I was on the phone for 20 minutes or more as he was checking my computer for errors then wanted me to pay $169 for one year of protection. He kept telling me that trend micro or any other virus program would not work unless I bought his service. After I talked with him I found the site to download for trend micro, downloaded it and it is working fine. My opinion is his company is running a scam and showing me things he had on file and not on my computer. He ran a program called Deep care 6.
