It's a scam, their number is similar to RBC numbers, but if you wait long enough someone will start talking to you claiming that they are a financial advisor from RBC. I called a real RBC number myself and they confirmed that it's not an RBC number.

888-769-2541 has been calling our number but we hate the RBC so we do not answer these calls.

it called me 2 - 4 times a day,  i answered once and they hung up. then it's continued until now.
what a insane company/person?
why couldn't the 888 company kick out this company from their customer list?

This number called yesterday and my wife answered. The man calling quickly hung up. We also had a 888 caller a couple of weeks ago which had no one on the calling end. As the number is identifying itself as RBC and obviously a scammer I will make a complaint to the RBC expecting publiched results from their security.

    This # started calling a friends # Feb. 24, 2014 and calls anywhere from two to four times everyday, when he answers a click occurs and that's it , no one is there.

Persistent little buggers, aren't they? They called my house 4 times today! Every time I answer, there is no one on the line.

1-888-769-2541 has called my 'smartphone' several times over the past few days -- called the number back and a female recorded voice states  -- RBC mutual funds -- sales -- calls are recorded. . . careful--likely a scam.

Seems like it was RBC, probably trying to sell a credit card or something.

I have NO idea who these pests are, but everyday, about 2-4x per day, they call.  I dont answer it, because i dont answer long distance, unless i know WHO it is.  I have a block feature on my phone, so I have this number in there, but it still rings 1 times, before its blocked.
