Calling my cell phone. Who is this?

Calls my cell phone and never leaves a message

This number calls starting at 8:30 a.m. and calls as much as nine times a day, calling as late as 9:00 p.m.. Twice  a man named J Young left a message saying he had some information that we may not be aware of.

no one on the other end just not one call a day 3 to 4 some after 9:pm

This group is calling a family member's cell phone.  They are asking for the name of a family member in another state, but won't identify themselves, won't take no for an answer.  Come on folks.  Leave it go.  Wasted time is wasted money - YOURS.

I received a call from them today too - I called them back - it's a collection agency - they collect for Sprint/Embarq (perhaps others); are extremely rude, do not have accurate information.

I also got a call from, 1-888-785-7671 and the woman was laughing the whole time that she left a message and spoke so quickly and inarticulately that there is no way I would have gotten the number without caller ID. I found the call rude and annoying. She said it was an attempt to collect a debt, but I don't know of any debt I would owe that I wouldn't have gotten a letter about first. I tied calling the number back and was on hold so long, I finally hung up. No name of the company was given when I called.

do not call here anymore. i dont know the person you are trying to reach

I get at two calls a day about 2 or 3 times a week.  They are asking for my son who hasn't lived here in 17 years.  

When I press 9 to let them know he doesn't live here and would like them to stop calling, they are very rude and say they won't quit calling unless I give them another number to call.  Next time, I'm going to give the number for Terminix Pest Control.

I did give my son the message to call, but he has no intention of calling them.

This call is for (...) wanting a call back.

Or worse please press 9 if you are the person, and 1 if you are able to take a message.  

Can't seem to get them to understand that we are not the person they are looking for.

Called them back and agent said the company's name is Encore.

Yea.  I have to pay to retreive those qu*** messages too.

It says the call is for (...) which actually is a person I know.  But it says if I am not that person, to just hang up.  So I am being harassed by a call that isn't for me. haha.  Great company!  I shouldn't have to go out of my way to call the company back to tell them it's not me. If a real person would call, they'd get my VM and know that I am not the person they're trying to reach.
