It's Guaranty Bank or Best Bank, they allied me and I answered & found out. Plus I work there ha so they are just calling you if your a new customer to check up on you if you have any questions and if everything on your end is going good.

They call 3 times in 2 hours while I was in a meeting. It was a courtesy follow-up from Guaranty Bank because I opened a new account with them. She was very courteous and just wanted to make sure I received my debit card and new checks. No sales pitch or anything. It even sounded like she was calling from inside the US.

its Best Bank. I missed a call from them, called the number back and a live person answered. I just opened an account recently, and she said they were just wanting to follow up and make sure I was satisfied and had gotten my debit card in the mail and everything.

Same thing happened to me. They call at least 2x/week.

2 calls today10 minutes apart, no message.  called it back and got a line that says it is a "customer welcome line" please wait on the line, music played............................................

I just got a call from them too and when I went to call them back the customer service was closed even though the hours are until 6pm central standard time.....hmmmmm it is 5:45

This number has called me numerous times, but never left a message.  No idea who they are.
