When I placed my order and got the order number, the trackrefills.com only worked for a few days, then always an error message.  The online pharmacy website gave 866-946-2823 as the phone contact, which worked for a while.  I was told server was down, my credit card had not been charged, and only would be when my order was filled, after doctor review.  Just received my credit card bill with a $320 charge, location given is Panama, and the phone number 888-808-1828.  But when I call, I just hear music for a while, then get cut off.  Could very well be a scam, as I've heard that Congress has passed legislation that calls for heavy penalties against doctors who give out prescriptions online without a face-to-face consultation.  Hence, beware of "no doctor required" online pharmacies!

I had a charge on my bank statement (rxrefill.com for $498.00) that I did not recognize.  I called the number 1-888-808-1828, to no avail.  I called my bank, reported the unknown charge, cancelled my debit/visa card and filled out a chargeback request form with my bank.  They told me that since it was a charge on my debit card instead of Visa, that there was nothing they could do.  I have filed a complaint with FDIC.gov, the BBB, etc.  I hope that each and every person that was scammed by these people, report it to anyone who will listen.  I have had issues resolved through the Better Business Bureau in the past and hope they will pursue this, as well.  PLEASE report your situation to BBB.com.  Thanks and Good Luck!

I have been getting phone calls at least 5 times daily.
They are driving me crazy - I have no affiliation with them whatsoever.
Who do I report to?

No phone calls but I'm curious about all of your comments.  So all of you have gone to this or these companies attempting to get lower prescription prices through them, correct?  So that is the chance you take, especially when you use your debit card.  Internet purchases or phone purchases should only be done using a CREDIT CARD where you have chargeback rights.

i ordered through trackrefill and have never received my order.  i orderd on dec.27.  emailed them and denoted in the comment section that i wanted a call back and commented that i thought i had be 'ripped off'. i never received a call or email.  when i try to look them up i get an 'error' they have obviously moved on to rip someone else off.  i did file a complaint with the 'internet crime complaint center'.  i think all they do is pass the complaint off to the local police department which means i'll probably won't hear another word.

i can't tell if these people are for real or what?  85% of the time i call i get that stupid musical recording, but the few times over the past few days that i've actually gotten through to someone, they have been telling me that their systems are down and they should be back up soon.  if my package doesn't arrive in the next few days, they'll be reported and i will for sure get back my money.  the issue is whether  or not to tell if it's really a scam.  we'll find out.  any comments from anyone that actually has reeived anything???

Ordered in October--they no longer respond to questions. Who can turn them in and to what Gov't agency? I had a prescription, but wanted a better price. They have nearly $300 of mine.
