The Phone Number 888-811-9169 belongs to a company NAMED Baker and Associates Financial...I was able to get one of the persons calling to give me the name of the company by informing them that this call is being recorded and I have to inform them of that by Law (Which is True),  SO IF YOU ARE BEING HARASSED BY THIS COMPANY CALL THEM BACK AND DO THE SAME AS I DID RESULTS:
A INTERDEPARTMENTAL E-MAIL WAS ISSUED TO ALL TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM DATA BASE AND NUMBER PRINTED EVERY MONDAY MORNING SO NO MORE CALLS WOULD BE MADE TO ME THIS WEEK AND GOING FORWARD      AGAIN BAKER AND ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL
RE: MY CALLS STARTED AT 12 NOON EST SO I AM MAKING A EDUCATED GUESS THEY ARE ON THE WEST COST..... GOOD LUCK IT WORKED FOR ME

Barbara it is a scam I got the call today from a rude young man, I did extensive research on the net they are are located in Madeira grove there is a Madeira grove in the U.S, and in Essex England, I also told them where to go and also got the mad because I was asking them more questions then they could ask me. I am gonna say the persons Name that they were looking for was a Linda Gullabann who I have never herd of and did a person search on the web for that name and NOT ONE WAS FOUND IN THE U.S,

Received a message yesterday from someone looking for someone re: a legal matter. I called the number back, gave the name of the person they were looking for to the person who answered, and my phone number, saying there is no such person at my number and that there never has been as I've had the number for well over seven years. I assumed they took down the number and would stop bothering me. Today there was another message. I called back and spoke with an extremely rude young woman. She asked for the claim number that they left. I told her taking that info down is not my responsibility. She caused me to be belligerent and justifiably so. She was yelling at me saying I was rude so I told her I had a right to be since this is two days in a row already that they are harassing me. I hung up on the woman, telling her where to go.

advisedly these people give payday loans and got Ripped off by people who don't pay the loan back. Stupid enough to give the loan they deserve to get ripped

I got a call from these people looking for a person that gave the my cell number. this person became very defensive when I flipped the scripted and started asking questions about who HE was. He said that I am asking to many questions for some one who does not know the person he was looking for. He also said they used the same database as the courts do. I told him to take hike instead of a payday loan and have a nice life. or he could meet me and and he could get paid with my 9'ss

received call on my cell phone that I will be served with documents about a legal matter. no name of law firm no persons name but to consider myself notified.  i guess i'll find out when the papers do come.

i just called this # back , to ask for the person to meet me at my local poloce department to serve me the papers , i try to get the man I spoke with to give me the name of the company and also the address and he refused said it was for there potection they could not give me that and so I ask for him to send me the papers he had thru my email and he said he could not unless i confirmed my info with him , told him I was not telling him anything he did at first say i had 2 bad checks with a bank i never heard of and than i said i have not had a cking account in yrs , so I do not know what to do about these calls

I got a message from a lady saying that if she did not hear from me she would see me March 13 and serve me papers , so i need to call this # 1-888-811-9169 and get this cleared up . I looked the number up and it saids it belongs to a Factory Sales Corporation , i gets these calls alot and when I ask for paper work they say you took the online payday loan out and you just need to pay , i also went to my police department and spoke with a  P{ and he said not to answer there calls or pay them anything if they want provide any paper work let them take me to court . I have done online payday and I would not ever do that again it has been a nitemare .

MOTH******ERS CALLED ME TALKING ABOUT A COURT CASE WITH MY REFERENCES ON A PAYDAY LOAN THAT I DIDN'T TAKE OUT. THEY SAID I WOULD GO TO JAIL AND THAT I WASN'T A GOOD INDIVIDUAL IN SOCIETY. I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!!
