Here you're admitting that you ARE in the "debt collection industry" basically? Now I'm going to believe you drive a Bentley. Not that I ever entertained the idea that you just happened to drive a car that popped into my mind that not many people do drive since they're probably made on demand and not manufactured the way a TOYOTA is, but really? If you are working for a LEGITIMATE collection agency, "Mr White", you are NOT making anywhere near even an E Class Mercedes so please please shut the heck up until you actually can come up with something other than calling people uneducated and deadbeats. You must have a lot of freaking mirrors in your basement; you know, your "cubicle"?
"Mr White" seems worried...

"Mr White" is getting increasingly angry because he is starting to realize that people are soon going to be "on to him" and he will have to perpetrate yet another illegal means of income for his growing family of illegitimate children that he can no longer keep track of. If you read his earlier posts; he seems to have sold drugs in the 80's and now he's using his limited education to scam people on the telephone for money they don't owe. When you've only made it to the 6th grade but had to take a job because your first girlfriend became pregnant at 12; there are not many options left out there in the way of hustling for money. And we all know McDonalds is OUT OF THE QUESTION.

You can't reason with "Mr White"; he keeps calling everyone on here "uneducated" but he can't even spell so there's quite a bit of the pot calling the kettle black. He's not going to accept or ADMIT that he stole this information even though he admitted to me earlier that he used to sell crack and coke. WHAT ARE THE ODDS HE'S UP TO SOMETHING ILLEGAL TO MAKE MONEY AGAIN? WOW! That would be BEYOND HIM, WOULDN'T IT? HA! He doesn't "need to spell in his line of work". I'm sure it's because he thinks he's dealing with idiots. The only idiots he deals with are the ones that actually fall for his collection scams. I'm sure he just uses the same tactics he used on his former drug customers. It's too bad for him that you can't literally pull an Uzi out of your rolled up sweatpants on the internet or the phone, huh?

HAHAHA!!! I assure you, being a heterosexual FEMALE, I have never cheated on my WIFE, if you drive a Bentley, my uneducated, UNWORTHY opponent, it's because you ARE the crack dealer and I'm sure I'm paying my taxes so YOUR girlfriend can carry her food stamps or EBT card in her LOUIS VUITTON to buy lobster for your five illegitimate children because if you married her; she'd have to forfeit her welfare checks and that would be a SHAME, wouldn't it? I don't drink, I don't do coke and I was waaaaay too young in the 80's you seem to be speaking of to be doing all those things you ONCE AGAIN assume I did/do because you are a MASTER at human behavior! You're soooo good at figuring people out that you KNEW I was a MAN! Why, because I named myself "Mr Pink"? Apparently, you live so far back in the 80's that bought you that "huge house" and whatever a "pickket" fence is during the "selling crack and coke to "guys" like me who leave their "wives" at home; to know who Quentin Tarantino is? I got my fake name, "Mr White" from "Reservoir Dogs", which is far more clever, obviously, than "Mr White". Where on EARTH did you get your alias? Is it because of your "pickket" fence? And, by the way, being a drug dealer is in NO WAY a respectable occupation; the proper use of English is hardly needed anyway in your line of "work". I'm sure your children must be quite proud of their father (mother?) and your admirable work ethic. Do you send them to school with "stock"? Shall I send you my card when the police do finally pinch you? If you think you're intelligent enough to spend a lifetime eluding the law; you are the saddest person I've ever had the displeasure to converse with. You're exactly the reason the rest of the world is so far advanced education-wise. Did you make it past sixth-grade? The "gift of gab" usually implies you have something interesting and/or clever to say; you don't by any means. Maybe dolts at your level of education, breeding and intelligence think you're fascinating but anybody with an IQ above 90 would probably find you most BORING... One can only hear about your stories of outrunning the police so many times before it gets quite old.

Oh, "Mr White", as said in one of the replies to your rantings about assuming I don't have a job and how do these people get my info? You are aware that there are people who stay home all day hacking into Bank of America's or some other bank's site getting this info? Don't assume because I care that this world we live in sucks because of folks like you who can't find a legal job and choose to rob others to make ends meet; that I don't have a job. I happen to work for a Fortune 500 security company (corporate attorney)that keeps your sad a** from being blown to bits in mid-air due to the terrorist you have to sit next to in COACH. My "beat up car" happens to be an E class Mercedes Benz, which I didn't get, I ASSURE YOU, from scamming people online. I assure you, until I see a Bentley driving on by me on the highway, I'm not going to "wish I could get" anyone's new Toyota Corolla. OK? You're living under quite a large rock if you think there's no way to get other people's info on the internet without minimal effort. Try Googling your own name; you'll be surprised what comes up. I'm sure the first "hit" will be your criminal record.  Try calling Cash Net USA and ask them if they're aware they're name is being used in scams and they will tell you "YES". Ask the people who work for Cash Net USA if they recommend these folks pay a fake collector? This has NOTHING to do with not having good credit; who the heck wants to pay a crackhead instead of, say, the ACTUAL OWNER OF THE DEBT? Not sure which country you're living in but you have to be aware that the U.S. is not doing too well financially so there are many many people out there who probably boasted an 810 on their credit report and are now in the hole simply because they'd like to live under a roof and not have their children starve to death. And AGAIN, those same folks aren't looking to a scam to feed their kids so your kids go hungry. This world is too much ME ME ME right now and you, "Mr White", are right up there with the rest of those with that selfish toddler mentality. And, since my minor at Harvard was English, might I say yours is atrocious? Perhaps you should put the crack pipe down for a moment and sign yourself up for a course at Sylvan to learn how to read and write English? You could probably get a very legitimate job slinging burgers at McDonald's with basic punctuation and grammar skills. I have to go into a meeting now, but, "Mr White", I'm going to enjoy the heck out of slamming you; so I'll be back. Next time, I'd suggest you use Spell Check or something. Or, is that IBM computer you've had for 15 years not equipped with it. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone", "Mr White". I'm sure you're credit report is remarkable and the way you've just assumed everyone on here needs to "keep up with the Jones's" makes me think that's exactly who YOU are.

you must have done your homework as a former debtor. all your info is good ask for a letter so debtors send it in and collectors cannot work the account then the account is sold again to another agency and the b***s*** starts again all over as far as a validation notice that is what we call wasting time each debtor knows there bills how retared is someone to get a loan or forget they owe a credit card its the lack of paying as stated before people r cought up trying to keep up with jones and have nice things maybe if people didnt live above there means and go bankrupt there would be no collectors to call them. maybe its eaiser to get free credit reports .com and then you uneducated people can call all the deborts back and say i would to pay off my bill in full but i dont have all the money to pay u back can i get a settlement. back at square one i dont think people r rushing to pay debt look at us we r what some trillon dollars in debt

Looks like Will last name is White.. amazing that the scams out there are clling people that NEVER took out a payday loan.. You can gather quite a bit info on the internet by pulling a name out of a hat. The scammers get hacked info for pennies and then search the internet for phone #'s etc. If you want to search on any person long enough you find something somewhere about them.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

Mr White, if you were remotely literate, coherent and rational there is a small chance some people would be fooled by your rantings. Fortunately for the rest of the world you are illiterate, incoherent and irrational. We take our small comforts where we can find them. Payday loans will always exist where there are desperate poor people who are uneducated about the industry's practices and its ethics (or lack thereof, to be more specific). The Internet has nothing to do with it. What the Internet, and its mutant spawn VOIP telephony, has done is provide a cloaking device behind which criminals can hide while they operate these fake debt scams. Have no doubt, those who misrepresent or refuse to reveal their identity, business name, address, attorney's name, and other business details *are* criminals.

Debt Collector
I received this same call on 2/14/13 asking me to call back and referencing a file number. Spoke with a man who identified himself as "Mark Stevens".  Same payday loan stuff.  However, my wife or I don't take payday loans and have taken care of our credit.  There are several red flags with calls like this, even if they seem to have a lot of info about you. The first is they did not read any mini-miranda advising that this is an attempt to collect a debt (which is required by the FDCPA).  This appears to be a complete scam.  Here is a helpful link to CashNet's (the company that this "arbitrator" is supposedly representing) website where they state that CashNet's name has bee used by scammers in the past to make it seem more legitimate :

http://www.cashnetusa.com/forum/ask-cashnetusa/i-scam-call-1/

Additionally, here is a link to the Federal Trade Commision's website to file a complaint if you've been contacted by these scammers:

The true shame, "Mr. White", is that you need to come on to this site to tell everyone this scam is a legit agency. I believe it was Queen Gertrude in Shakespeare's Hamlet that had said "The lady doth protest too much..". Shall I translate for you, "Mr. White"? If this "arbitratation firm" were for real; they would NOT feel the need to have shills come on this site singing its praises and ultimate legitimacy; they'd simply chuckle to themselves and continue their work. In other words; the only people who b*tch about being accused of being criminals are the CRIMINALS. Get it?! All you are doing, "Mr White", is perpetuating the false threats these folks have been enduring. And, YES, these days with all these jerks out there, like you "Mr White", I'm sure; a person needs to "look up nums that call" them all day. I'd say 8 out of 10 of the "debt collectors" out there are ILLEGAL and SCAMS. Nobody is trying to get out of paying debts but why pay it to someone like you, who is probably just taking that money to their local crack dealer to get another pipeful? Then, when the REAL debt collector calls; they have to pay it AGAIN because of YOU? Plus, your kind of a-holes are making the real debt collectors jobs even more difficult than they have been in the past. You, "MR WHITE", need to get a REAL JOB and stop robbing people. Sleep well, "Mr White", because soon you may be sleeping in prison and Bubba and his gang probably owe collectors too so they ain't going to like YOU one BIT. Or maybe they'll "like" you too much? Either way, I'll be happy. HEHE! Thank you.

Called the Baboons and they wouldn't even give out an address to receive a subpoena.   Imagine that?
Not even a post office box?

How can I send them a dead skunk via UPS if they won't play nice?

He even called back via a "blocked" number to see what I wanted.  I told him I have what I needed and then promptly hung up on him.  I guess he didn't know that call block only works for civilian telephone equipment - law enforcement equipment can trace you with NO problem there Baboon.   Nice try.

Looks like we have WILL THE SHILL here..

1. Why did you search this # if you ignored the number previously and just yesterday (how ironic) you got served?
2. If you thought you paid them you should have disputed the loand prior to getting "served." Do you have proof?
3. Most people who have taken out PDL can not afford to hire a lawyer.. if you can hire a lawyer pay them off..
4. As the 50+ pages of calls as stated above show.. Proces servers will not call you..
5. Just becaused you get sued for non payment of a debt does not mean you have to hire or get a lawyer. I have fought 2 of them so far that were legit with a lawyer.
6. Arbitrators will not sue you.. they are there when there is a dispute between you and the creditor.

Please get your facts correct before you shill again
