Caller called and asked my wife to speak to me.  She advised I was not home and he hung up on her.  Very rude and unprofessional company.

I just called them and spoke with someone from India and they promised they would take my phone number off their call list but it was terrible. The first time I called I got hung up on and this time the man I spoke with had a very thick Indian (India) accent. It was like pulling teeth. I asked him how their company can promise to lower my interest rate and he said "why would we promise that when that is not possible?" He kept telling me he couldnt hear me and it was a rough conversation. I am going to report this to the Attorney General of my state and hopefully someone will get this company. It scares me to think they have this power. When I asked where they got my phone number, he didnt want to say but then admitted it is a shared thing. I am on the Do Not Call List so I dont know who is selling our information but someone is.

I am getting really tired of these people calling--they leave no message, when I answer they hang up, I try to call them and find out the number does not work.  UGH!!! How can we stop them from calling?

This number calls our office 2-3 times a day. They will not leave a message.

I to have a Tribute Master card and that is the card they keep calling about to upgrade your services.  They call my house atleast four times a day and everyday I tell them to stop calling me.  I am going to do like the guy above and report them to the national do not call me list so maybe someone will do something about it because so far telling to stop has done nothing.

ive been noticing this number on my caller id every day at least 7-8 times. i work at night so im usually asleep during the day. by the time i awake in the afternoon, i have received at least 4 calls from this number. it is very annoying and i hope someone can put a stop to this. actually i will stay awake until i get my first call from the number....which is probably in a few minutes

They call everyday from 3 to 7 times a day.  If I answer they hang up.  They never leave a message.  I reported them to donotcall.gov today.  I can't stand all the calls anymore especially when they wake the family up.  I am also on the do not call registry since 2003.  It looks like this has been going on a long time and I wish it could be stopped.

I too am getting called regularly from this number, usually sometime during 10AM hour and then later, around 2 or 3PM. I check the caller ID and very rarely answer calls from 888 or 800 numbers, however this company has called consistenly for a number of weeks. So I have started answering when they call to tell them to remove me from their call-list. But everytime I've picked up no one has been there, just about 10 seconds of silence then a hangup tone. Wow it is tiring. I too am on the don't call registry. I hope someone finds a solution that works to stop these irritating calls!

I read on another site that this is a scam..The number is from the Domenican Republic..I get them at all hours and it is a man speaking spanish or saying hello over and over...Dont call this number back..They make money off of you..I am going crazy with the phone calls..If you find a way to stop it let me know PLEASE!!!!!

Calls from Tribute Mastercard, unwanted calls. I was mailed a statement from that company, i have no tribute mastercard. third call, wanting me to upgrade. upgrade what? i do not have a tribute mastercard.
I am on the federal no call list, i am disabled, i have a trak so i can breathe, how does anyone make them stop calling?

This number calls 10-15 times a day!  When answer, no one there.

Oh forget I am also on the do not call list registry through the government. So they must be some kinda scam artists

Got a call from this number, no message. Called at dinner time.  Dialed *67 so they could not see who was calling them back and some woman answered with Card Services.

Card services some credit card call 20 times a day almost driving me nuts reporting them!

I too am getting regular calls from this number - no message, just caller ID; if they don't want us calling them (as indicated in note from NJ Unhappy), they really shouldn't be calling us.  I wish call-block worked on out-of-state & toll free numbers.

been getting calls from them 5 or more time a day fed up with this so i went to http://www.pacdv.com/sounds/machine_sounds.html and down loaded a fax machine sound now when they call i just blast the fax machine sound in the phone it seems to work they have not called today.

Yes it is in fact a credit card solicitation.  *67 (block your own #), call them back when they answer tell them you are interested but ask them to "please hold for a moment", set you receiver down by the television and allow that poor bored telemarketer to enjoy a decent episode of Sienfelf or Friends... everyone will be happy.  G-Man

I have had the same problem as others.  I have told them repeatly not to call.  They have been calling for three months.....several times a day.
The man who answered, spoke with an Paskistani/Indian accent and said his name was John Matthews.  It is probably an alias as most of these companies do not give out their true names.
Something should be done.  We are on a no call list and still they call.

Start calling them back.  Like when you watch TV or have free time to waste, just do your *67 to hide your ID, dial the number and mute it and let them sit there saying Hello.  Do it for as long as you want.  It may not have any effect, but it sure makes me feel better because I know that they're paying for time that 800 number is in use and it's tying up their azzhole operators time as well.  I even got all of my cell phones and landline and called from them, repeatedly for like an hour.  It was actually kind of fun.  Just make sure you block your other numbers so they can't start calling you on your cell, etc.

Give em a dose of their own medicine and do it many times a day.  

If nothing, it might make you feel better too.
