The name i am getting on machine to contact is Russell smith..888-831-6994 harrassment. I have passed this to my bk attorney for investigation...this is wrong and could be fraud. no one should have to deal with unprofessional company...js..

are these people scammers too? i thought my insurance paid this medical creditor two years ago...

just got another call from this number...nco financial i do owe this medical creditor money but am unemployed and cant afford to pay...i know they dont care...i tried to tell them my situation...they are heartless...once i get ssdi i will pay but until then I can't...wish they would stop calling but I know that is there job...this is wishful thinking...maybe eventually they will write off the bill it is just medical not a credit card....just wanted to report this harrassing calls from these people i answered and they hung up on me!! Give me a chance to talk please!

I've been getting relentless calls from these idiots at all hours. I am not aware of any debt I owe, so I answered the call to find out. I was put on hold as soon as I said "Hello." I remained on hold for 30 minutes (I kept the phone on speaker while I continued to work). I did this on 2 subsequent days with the same result. I'd really like to find out who hired them  so I can call their client and inform them of the gross incompetency of NCO Financial. If there really is a debt owed, I would have paid it a long time ago.

I do believe it is some sort of scam...but their clients are the ones getting scammed.

Its NCO Financial.  They have a serious issue with their phones - you can't call them back because they either never pick up or you get put on hold for literally hours at a time (I left the phone on speaker to see what would happen for 2 hours).  My phone is through the cable company so I went on the website and put a block on this number and now they can't get through any more.  They were calling for the person that USED to have this number (over a year ago) and wouldn't listen to me that I didn't know who that was.

These people have called me 3 times now and each time I have told them the bill was paid in full.
They said they would take care of it but the calls keep coming.

these people have been harrassing me for months and I want it to STOP.

We have been gettiing repeated phone calls with this number.  When we return the call, we are routed to voicemail, then told the voicemail box is full.  Also, repeated attempts to call have resulted in unanswered ringing.

These people have called my job at least 3 times EVERY day for the past 2 months.  When I try to call back, I could never get an answer.  I finally spoke to a representative and he was very rude.  I am filing a complaint against these people!

Called tonight at 8:26p.m.  NCO Financial. Called and left message that this was an attempt to collect a debt.  Called back with reference number left on the message and it wasn't even for me.  Told the lady I spoke with that wasn't me and she called me a liar and told me I had to pay this debt.  Told her I would have my lawyer contact her and then she apologized and said she'd remove my number from that contact name.  We'll see!

call your cell phone company.  they can see how much they have been calling.   ask them to block your number.  then call no call list  1-888-382 1222.  after 30 days, if they call again, you can file charges.  be sure to keep your cell phone bill as it should help.  at any rate, your provided will be able to give youu a copy of how many times they have called.

These people (888-831-6994), continue to to pester me to the point of ridiculous!
They have even called on Sundays!
I'm tired of it!
I don't want to deal with them, and want them to stop calling me immediately.
I had the three credit bureaus address this company about a year ago, and the end result was that it had been resolved.
Now there back at it again!
They, I believe based on previous feedback, and are a fraudulent company.

Called the house left reference number. I called back to find out what the issue was (not me) the lady hung up the phone on me!!!! I called back and they would not answer. This is fraud.
