I AM SICK AND TRIED OF THESE PEOPE CALLING ME TWO OR THREE TIMES PER DAY.
I AM TRYING TO RUN A BUSINESS.  HOW CAN WE MAKE THEM STOP.  I WAS THINKING OF CONTACT A LEGAL PERSONAL

Calls my cell everyday...no messages being left

Said Frank from Oveo Firm.  There was then a silence.  I said I didn't know who he was and hung up.  Sounded bordering on threatening like a collection agency but I don't owe anyone, so...felt wierd after I hung up and used *69 to find out who just called.

this number keeps calling my cell phone and leaves no message.

Calls every day, two or three times at least....never leaves a message and no one there if call is answered.  Don't know who or what they want.

FYI--in case persons who make these types of calls are reading, here is the policy that I operate under:
1.)  "Robo-calls" are not accepted on my line.  If it is important enough to call me, it is important enough to dial the number yourself.  If I pickup the line and say hello and don't hear you or hear clicks/or a recording then the call is over.
2.)  If I do not answer, you will leave a detailed message that includes ALL of the following:  your name, number, and detailed purpose of the call.  (telling me "it's an important matter" is NOT an explanation)  It will be a message from you, not a pre-recorded message.   Failure to do so means I will not call you back under any circumstances.
3.)  If you do call and I do answer, you will be polite.  I will reciprocate.  If you are not polite, the call is over and I will not accept any further calls from your business again...try a letter next time, but it better be polite too.

Those are the rules, plain and simple.....follow them or don't, but if you don't then it is your choice not to communicate, not mine and I am under no liability to you or whomever you represent if the rules are not followed.

i get calls from this number all the time and there is nobody there when i answer. have had fraud from my checking so today i called back...got an automatic thank you for calling please hold then disconnect.

If you have the name of the company and their phone number, report this to the attorney general's office.  They can do something about them.  The next time they call, tell them you reported them to the attorney general's office.  This usually scares them away, especially if you know who they are.  Hope this helps!.

I will call my phone provider and will ask them to block this phone number.  Apparently they dont' have anything else to do, but scam people.

NEVER, NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE, YOU DON'T KNOW WHO IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LINE!!!

Keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone.. I do not answer them nor do I want anything they are selling me.

Caller was selling Choice Travel Cards.

I agreed to them sending me some magazines a couple of years ago and I had to close my debit account because they continually charged my card and my account reached negative levels.  At the time I was without a job and had no way of paying.  I continued to receive phone calls from them, their sales person told me I owed over $400 dollars for their service! I told him I refused to pay since I never use their services and I don't even read the magazines they send me, I asked them to immediately take me off their database, that I no longer want to be part of it.  I even sent a strongly worded letter to their company stating that I did not want to continue receiving their magazines.  Its been about two years and I still receive their magazines, I continuously receive phone calls from a blocked number and I have reason to believe its them because they always request to speak with me.  I don't know what to do about it anymore, and it really worries me.  I feel very stupid for ever agreeing to any of it, but I refuse to pay for something of which I didn't fully understand or want.  They trick you into accepting ridiculous offers, and they word things in a way you aren't sure what you're getting into.  I'm very afraid of what this might do to my credit score.  Should I just continue to ignore? are they a legit company or just out to scam? an ideas or insights? please it would really help.  I changed my checking account and bank, am I still at risk? On 12/21/09 I received a call stating I could get a trip for $1.00 and change. I was in total agreement with part of the conversation. I was then told that there was a trial for some travel service. At which time I told the young man I already had a travel service and that I did not want another one , because my membership with the service I had already was free. You won't be charged anything other than the $1.00 and change,they offered several other things in which I said no to all of them. Low and behold I receive a call on 1/30/09 stating that not 1 but three charges for services that I clearly stated I didn't want would not go through on my card. I said they shouldn't because #1 I told you throughout the whole conversation that I didn't want anything else trial or otherwise. So the magazine service, nor the two travel services (I already have one which cost me nothing, why would I agree to pay for another one let alone two others at $88.00 and $89.00 )that they are peddling got paid for because my account was already in overdraft. The real kicker is this I never received the e-mail that they supposedly send for you to print for the trip at all so they did beat me out of the $1.00 and change...trust me the lesson has been learned. People be aware that you can not cancel this service because you are paying this"one time fee" of the amounts mentioned above. I only learned of this today 12/30/09 when they called me trying to get money for a service that I clearly stated to them I didn't want.

I received a call about teeth whitening and I had actually been online looking for information about this.  I thought they were just following up.  I gave my debit card information and now I am worried.  Is there anything I can do to stop them from using my number at this point?  I am not sure what to do now.  When I called this number back, it said to call from 9 am to 5 pm. I am going to try again in the morning.

I got the call a couple days ago. after I hung up I felt funny and tried to call it back. number does not work. did u ever get through?

someone called with info about getting two free air travel tickets been trying to call back to cancell the account they had me open to get this ticket but there is no answer on the other end of this line
