They scammed me from the CNN website. I thought since it was featured as an ad on CNN that it was okay. Boy was I wrong. I thought I was getting a free sample of a teeth whitener. Then they get you with the shipping fee of $1.00. I did not mind just to try the whitener. However, I used a pre-paid visa card to pay as I do for things such as this. After completing the order, I got the urge to check this company out with the Better Business Bureau. Boy, was I surprised at the number of complaints and a people who had been scammed out of hundreds of dollars over a free sample of tooth whitener. I immediately checked the balance of my prepaid visa online and sure enough, that $1.00 shipping fee turned into an $89.00 membership fee into some tooth whitening club. I called the prepaid visa company and halted all transactions on my card. I called the tooth whitening club and canceled any membership and had to threaten them to get my money back. It took 7 days and several calls but I got my money back. If I had not canceled before ten days had gone by they were going to hit for $169.00 and $89.00 each month there after.

I keep getting these calls, all day long.  I have called the numbers back and told them to take me off of their list, but they hang up.  I have 3 different numbers 888-843-4035   888-890-2196 and 800-917-5578.
Does anyone know how we can stop this.  I have registered my cell with the No Call data base.  Guess it dosen"t work.

They used to promote Dazzle White (scam) .....
Now they promote the new E-Cigarette (electronic cigarette)
Because of the previous postings, I was able to tell them to "take a hike"!

The scam is being run by a company called Ultifreshwell, operating out of Cyprus.  They deal in credit card information and 'sharing' same with other
entities.  The product is nothing more than a lure.  They deal in tooth-whitening, acai berries, weight-loss products, 'fitness clubs', and a variety
of alias.  Very aggressive and very, very dishonest.  They operate primarily if not exclusively via 'banner ads' featuring supposedly satisfied customers which are run primarily on media sites.  My experience was similar to others,
only worse, and I complained to local newspaper which ran the ads. They took them down, at least for now, but this is a scamming operation of major proportions.  Good object lesson in never, ever, ever again giving credit card information for any online offer.  Should have known better when they did not give you the option of using Paypal, who keeps a tight rein on this
kind of abuse.

Guess I now know who and why they are calling.  I fell into the same trap as everyone else here - filled out the information on their website but stopped when I saw they were looking for a CC # and just closed out the site.  Didn't realize they would retain my information and harass me via email and telephone.

Same deal. Calls everyday from 800-917-5578/888-843-4035.
I called back & they wanted to send me a free trial of dazzle white.
Said they only needed a credit card to process the $1.00 shipping.
I just hung up....very irritating.

I too filled out information, and then got that "uneasy" feeling, so delete all info.and closed web page. Guess they got it anyway. Now they call me 4 - 6 times a day. I've told them I am not interested in their product, will not order from them, and not to call back. I've tried being polite, rude, threatened to report them, etc. Nothing seems to work. They keep calling. I guess I should just be thankful they didn't get my credit card number.

OMG!  I got an email 2 days ago from these people telling me to go get a whitening in NY (which I don't even live near).  I marked it as spam - and now I got a call to my cell today.  Strange that my email address has my maiden name and my cell is actually in my husbands name (as he works for the company) - so WTF?!?!

I also started to fill out a form on line for what looked like a free trial offer for Dazzle white. When I saw it was going to end up as a charge on my credit card and that it was outrageously expensive,  I clicked away from the form. a few days later I received a call on my cell phone which cost me money. Is there any way I can send them a bill??! It would only seem fitting!

Same problem and complaint as others mentioned. Received calls at least twice per day on cell after "almost registering offer" at Dazzle White. I fixed by blocking this and a second number they use (800-917-5578).spam controls at Verizon Wireless site

Good to know about this.  I also read about getting the Dazzle White trial offer but saw the postage charges and never went through with it.

I will definitely report them to the Do Not Call Registry, if they ever reach me in person and I have a chance to tell them to remove my name from their lists.

I never filled out ANY kind of offer online, or gave out my phone # to anyone online. I get calls all day long and I just either let it ring, or pick up and slam down. Last night it was 9:19p.m.! I am also on the do not call list. I don't understand this. I never give my credit card# for anything, or fill out offers, or give out my phone#. I just may answer next time in a language no one's ever heard of LOL! Just to freak out this idiot. It's sickening and I don't know how to make it stop!

We have been getting calls. We get a recorded message that says to call back right away 888-843-4035. I see from some of the other posts this is a tooth whitening system and they are a telemarketer...Boy! Have they got a wrong number! I have dentures and no use for "any" tooth whitening. If anyone ever gets an address for these folks, your better off reporting their scam to your state attorney general. I agree the DO NOT CALL list doesn't seem to be stopping these idiots nor the threat of a 16,000 dollar fine for each call.

2 calls, no one on the line.

Funny how this page has ads "Don't let the dentist fool you" and "Do not bleach" that will lead you to contacting Dazzle White! That's weird!!

This is part of a larger scam run by a 'company' called Ultifreshwell operating out of Cyprus.  Put the company name in as a search word and
you'll pull up hundreds of complaints and true horror stories and unauthorized withdrawals and charges, fictitious company names and 'memberships', a cartload of consumer abuses.  They
advertised online through a local newspaper, supposedly two 'trial
offers' for a 'full strength' tooth whitening product.  I made the mistake of ordering one of two trial offer products before I realized
it was a scam.  Credit Card people tagged the transaction within minutes
as 'possible fraud'.  They billed the 'trial offer' shipping fees twice to try to set up two 'memberships'.  Then they wanted to bill for the $87 monthly 'membership' charge when I called to cancel.  Supposedly its cancelled but looking at others' experiences, likely this is going to be a fight that takes months, as they apparently never send the product, then claim it was never 'returned' and thus they will bill your credit card.  Ended up closing the card.  Waiting two days now for an 'overnight' delivery of a new card.  I've gotten two calls now from the 4035 number, which 'belongs' to the second free trial offer, though
they were using a name other than Dazzlewhite.  The first I answered and it was a very aggressive sort wanting to know why I began completing their 'free trial offer' but then did not put the order through.  Told the caller it was because I'd learned it was a giant scam.  Caller
starts off "It is NOT a giant scam..."  I hung up.  Another call from the
same number today was a hangup.  Calls are to my cell.  To block them you have to pay at&t $1.99 a month extra over the other cell charges.  If you
read the "terms and conditions" on the various sites operated by this
entity, it purports that you give up every conceivable legal right in order to deal with them.  Totally unsupportable legally but of course who
has the time or energy to go around filing suit against an international
scammer.  My thought is that every state's consumer protection division ought to be barraged - daily if not hourly - about this scammer.  They have people operating within the US and supposedly the product is being
shipped from Iowa to US customers.  Emails come 'sender unknown', amazing
that that's even possible.  These people deal in tooth-whitening, acai berries, weight-loss products, use PremiumWhite, World Club Fitness and
a host of other names.  Many accounts from others online which detail serial withdrawals from their accounts (debits or credit which is currently the only option) under a variety of names, people with phone
bills which charge calls to Cyprus, international transaction fees added
to withdrawals.  They appear to operate exclusively through 'banner ads'
using purported 'satisfied users' which are placed on media sites.  Definitely a nightmare and you're lucky if you didn't give them your credit or debit information!

Got call on cell phone from 888-843-4035 on Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at 2:41pm but was unable to answer. Called the number back and got a rep. named "Travis". He said that I had visited their website and exited before completing the offer.  I told him I ONLY wanted the "Free Trial" of the Dazzle White and DID NOT want to have to call and cancel my account within 14 days, but he seemed unable to understand that.  He was very polite, although he was laying a lot of B.S. on me, which I DO NOT LIKE!  So I told him to just forget it that I wanted my name withdrawn from their files.  We'll see how long before I get another call. I have placed my name and number on the Do Not Call List repeatedly but still still get calls. I have to seriously question it's effectiveness. On the other hand, I should know better than to put my real phone # on a website.  :p
