This number was left as part of a scam e-mail I got today. It was listed as the person's fax number. It is funny that it is actually a Time Warner phone number. I did not play into it, but the scam is a florist gets an e-mail that is a big order. They want to pay with a credit card that the florist does not accept. The florist lets the scammer know this. They reply with wanting to send the florist a money order that is for more than the amount of the order. Would the florist please give the overage amount to the personal shipper when they pick up the flowers. I am not sure how the scammer would proceed at this point because I always cut them off there.

I get this call about once a month. It's not enough they have me paying them on a monthly basis, but they have to push the issue and want an upgrade. You know, Time Warner, if I wanted an upgrade, I would have called you guys years ago! Get a Clue!!!

Some clueless girl. She couldn't figure out that I was saying "hello" - then when I insulted her intelligence she hung up.
Hopefully, they won't call back. Or, if they do call back, there will be somebody smarter on the other end.

when I called back. goes straight to voicemail and says please leave a message. that number usually calls at a few times a week. It might be Time Warner, because we no longer have them. They are so annoying.

They call me at least once every other day. I answered once to find out it was Time Warner wanting to upgrade my service. I explained politely that I don't want anything other than internet and the woman wouldn't take no for an answer. They keep calling expecting me to change my mind but if anything they are actually just annoying me more each time they call.

It's Time Warner Cable. I hate having their service but my roommates want me to keep subscribing. They call me once a week and NEVER leave a message. STOP CALLING ME!!!!

They called my cell # but when I didn't answer they left no message; I NEVER answer any call from any unknown source to my cell phone; I figure if someone has a LEGITIMATE reason to call, they'll leave a message, and whoever called from (888) 849-0612 did NOT leave one. I'm glad to learn that it was probably just Time-Warner.

Time Warner Cable Sales department trying to upsell you on their products.
I'm already a subscriber and yet they call 1-2x a month trying to "entice" me with one of their promotions. I ask to be taken off their sales list and yet they keep calling. Probably get away with it due to the "pre-exisiting business relationship" we have (since I'm already a customer)
