received a call from this number today.  I have no idea who they are.  When you return the call, it is an automated message without saying who the company is.  I just read the posts here.  Thanks!  I don't own a house.

Seems to be a 'virtual office'.
If you don't know, a virtual office can be used for money laundering(scams) or to hide the big fish that runs it.

If you took their brains and shoved them up a gnats a**, it would rattle like a BB in a Boxcar!

Have no reason for these people to call me.

They are now calling trying to sell "working capital" loans to buisnesses.

Can you provide more information on the class action suit regarding inappropriate late fees?  I have experienced such fees despite always paying on time and having stellar credit.  Any info that you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

Get calls from this company almost every day.  Today they used 888-850-9388. Today the number was identified as from "Nationstar".  When I try to cal l;them back to ask them to take my number off their list, just get a busy signal.  How do I get this reported to the appropriate agencies.

They call and say they are Nationstar and then want your social security number immediately.  They dont say this is an attempt to collect a date or this will be recorded or anything that would make it sound legitimate.  They need to be stopped.

I keep telling NationStar that I am happy to talk to them in writing.

Email would be fine.

But that I will not deal with them by telephone.

What do I get?  Only phone calls.

If you have an account with NationStar the DO Not Call list does not apply.   And for those of you who have had them for a few years, there is a class action suit against them for inappropriate late fees being charged to accounts.

this numer calls repeatedly on my cell phone.  The message is cut off and all I hear each time is "Central Standard Time.  Thank you."

Same here!!!  They call on the 2nd day of the month, I FINALLY got a person, "Keyta" and requested to speak with her manager...  after being on hold for 4 minutes, she came back to say she was unavailable.  I said I wanted a manager to call me back the next day and she said I could call them back....  I told her they didn't have a problem blowing up my phone, so they could call me back... nope, no phone call.  

I am just wondering as I am reading through all of the complaints on the net  - IF you are a customer that pays before the end of the grace period monthly (so therefore no late fee assessed) is NationStar reporting this as a late payment to the credit agencies??  Our mortgage was sold to Nationstar from Flagstar... I'd give ANYTHING to go back!!

This company has called me 22 times since March. Since I've never had any dealings with them, I believe they are calling the person who had this phone number before me. Probably trying to collect her debt.

They call, leave a really garbled message, I can't make out the caller. I believe it is a atomaton from a computer.

This  is a  computer call if they are  no answer  then the computer leave a message 7days a week

How to stop their calls?I am growing mad. I have never dealt with this company

I bought my home through Ohio Savings and life was grand.  I never got phone calls harrassing me about the payment not being there exactly on the 1st of the month.  I had an X number of days to have it there before it was officially late.......no calls...EVER.

The loan was sold to the wonderful Mortgage company NATIONSTAR.  These SOB's call me every day if my payment has not made it there.  Although I am still in the grace period they STILL will call.  They claim that "this is an important message from Nationstar, please call us immediately".  If it was SOOO damn important, shy would they not have a live person calling me instead of an answering machine!!!!!!

When I forst got the loan, I called them thinking something was wrong.  Not the case.  That is there phone call to make sure you ahvent forgot to pay your bill.

I also got stuck with them. They absolutely drive me crazy calling and I am NOT behind. They even had the gall to send sometone to take a picture of the house cause I hadn't answered the phone (I stay evenings with extremely elderly and fragile in-laws). I called them back this morning. I am going to call back and ask for a payment history statement and make them send me one every month. They want to play phone tag? We'll play phone tag. I will call them every day till I get the history statement and every month I will request another.

These people are slime.  Be VERY CAREFUL, DOCUMENT EVERY WORD they say, note dates, get their full names, ask for what they say in writing, and don't let them control the situation if you can.

They love to harrass ive gotton called @ 7 am and as late as 10 pm they have no idea whats going on my mortgage has been sold 4 times in three years and ive sold the house in a short sale

These people have been constantly calling and leaving me messages on my cell phone. I have a loan with them (my mortgage loan was sold to them), but I am current. I suffer from bipolar disorder and these calls are driving me crazier than I already am!! It's probably already been mentioned before, but does anyone know where I can call to stop the phone calls?

i agree with all the other post.they are very annoying they call me 4-6 times a week sometimes more!! and what really pisses me off even more is i don't even own a house i rent.and if i did need a mortgage company i sure the hell wouldn't use them!!!

I'd check state laws concerning harassment  and elder abuse laws.

my dad is 89 and has dementia. he is no longer able to live on his own so he moved in with us. we use our cell phones and didn't have a home phone. we had a land line phone put in for him with his own number so his friends can call him. he gets calls all the time from these people. he doesn't owe them anything. why is he being harassed? his number has been registered with the do not call list. he doesn't own a house and is certainly not looking to purchase a house. he has had this phone number for about a month. are they just looking for new listings or what? when he has incoming calls, it shows up on our tv with phone number and name because the line was bundled with our cable service. I see this name a lot for no reason!

this is one company that needs to be put out of business
