Called today - caller ID says "Toll Free Caller" - METLIFE number is 1-800-638-5000 - I know for I have current matter with them and find them very courteous and professional. I suspect the 888 number is a typical low-life scammerl.

This is a robodial from what appears to be MetLife.

It's hard to believe that a professional company with a fairly decent reputation (from what I hear) would make phone class in such a manner as to discourage an individual from doing business with them. All that to say "you called me, you did not leave a message, you obviously are not interested in my calling you back, you are permanently blocked"

It's MetLife customer service. They ringed twice, and hung up. I called number back [888-865-9464] and received automated message saying they were following up on recent customer service provided (more like poor customer service), and no need to talk with anyone as everything is okay from their perspective. Sadly, MetLife provides some of the worst customer service out there, and really doesn't want to find out what customers think . . . hence, hang-up quickly before anyone can answer.

It is Met Life customer service. They called asking about the service I received when I called them earlier today.

I suspect it is not really Met Life.  They would have no reason to hide behind toll free.  Just another robo dialer, scammer calling.  I had 4 unknown calls today and suspect it is all the same crook calling.

So I have to come here to find out it's Met Life???  Why don't they just have it on their caller ID??? That's really stupid. They called me twice in 30 minutes and I blocked their call. No more.If they won't say who they are, I block them.

Good Lord. Why can't they just leave a message. Even if it's a recording, just say who they are? My God.. It makes me not want to do any business with them. The idiots on the top don't pay any attention to the fact that us little people have caller i.d. and don't want solicitors so we don't answer the phone when and unknown toll free number calls.. I

(888) 865-9464 is MetLife Insurance Company. Trying to sell me an insurance policy. Very annoying salesperson who kept on talking and talking. I told her "No Thanks" and hung up on her.

Definitely Metlife.  I called them yesterday - but got no satisfaction.  Today I got a call from this number, but when I called back, they were closed.  At least they have a recording saying it was Metlife, since they didn't leave me a message, I didn't know who had called until I called back.

I let the phone call go to voice mail, they did not leave a message.  I'm going to block this number.
