I'm sure it's a telemarketer, and the fact that the recording identified me by name makes it very tempting to call back. But I won't.
Will just add the number to my phone's internal "Call Block" feature, since the National Do Not Call List has become a joke to these scumsuckers.

ID says "800 Service" They never leave message; so I just push "talk" and then "end" very quickly--at least I get some peace and quiet, after 1 or 2 rings.
