They have been calling my family harassing them.

I recieved a call from 'Jessie'. He was very rude and appeared to be the only one in his office. Gave me the runaround for several minutes, while claiming to be an 'Officer of the Court'. I called the police and they had never heard of this attorney. It seems to be a scam to strongarm people into paying 'debts'. Do not give them information just block them.

Called me very early. They were extremely misleading, claiming to be from the police. When I questioned them about it they became EXTREMEMLY defensive. Swearing at me that they are not debt collectors. They are though. Got called names and hung up on several times. Inform the local police if they call you.

THEY KEEP CALLING. THESE ARE BOGUS CALLS. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. IF THEY KEEP HARASSING, YOU CAN BLOCK THE NUMBER

We received a call from someone who called herself Susan Taylor. She left a message asking for a person who hasn't worked here in years. "Susan" said that there was a "complaint filed against" this former employee and that this number needed to be called. There is supposed to be a legal department at this number and the case number was given: 2014-3722. We have received a couple of voicemails in the past from someone claiming to look for this former employee. We have never bothered to pass the information on. This former employee is working elsewhere in the state and it really wouldn't be too difficult to find her if these people were really doing their jobs.

Just another reason why we don't bother to pick up the phone if the caller ID isn't recognized.

I just received a phone call from this people his name was Jessie during the morning telling me that they are from RS and Associates, I looked them up and they do not appear anywhere in google, they said they were going to serve with summons. Are they really attorneys?

A guy representing a law firm called me at work, and he was looking for a cousin who lives 3000 miles away.  I traced the call and appears to be coming from outside the USA.  Knowing this, and since I work for a law office myself, I forwarded the number to our private investigator.  People like these deserve to be punished by all the extend of the law.

I'm getting harassing phone calls at home and at my mom's home. These people are pretending to be someone from the courts. Trying to pass themselves off as cops.

Harassing calls at work with a fake person trying to pass themselves off as attorneys.  If you were an attorney you would just sent out your certified letter and be done.
