They keep calling for a person even after mentioning for 6 months that this is a wrong number!
It is very annoying after the 5th time! and I am a patient person.
Today I called them back and a very rude person said "why would I do that".
Because you don't call a wrong number daily for months!

I may well owe them money, have never answered their calls, but I am now collecting long-term disabitlity from the federal and provincial governments. I live on less in a month than most people make in a week. I have no way of paying them, and since they are not allowed to garnishee my cheque, they can call me all they want. They will never see a cent. They are wasting their times.

A voice recording identifies the person they are seeking, but doesn't identify the caller. Isn't this illegal for debt collectors to be phantom callers? FCOL, identify yourselves in the recording or STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

Never had a Royal Bank Visa. Not sure why they'd be calling me. And EVERY message they have left has been in French, until such a time as they leave an English message on my machine I will continue to ignore them.
