I went to the Healthwise site that is said to be the owner of the number and their site says:

WE HAVE LEARNED THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE RECEIVING NUISANCE AND DISTURBING PHONE CALLS THAT SHOW AS COMING FROM OUR NUMBER (1-888-889-7444). THESE CALLS ARE NOT ORIGINATING FROM US. IF YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THESE CALLS PLEASE KNOW WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING WE CAN TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM WITH BELL CANADA AND OUR LOCAL POLICE FORCES. WE HAVE RECEIVED HUNDREDS OF CALLS FROM VICTIMS ? FOR THIS REASON WE HAVE HAD TO BLOCK INCOMING CALLS FROM MANY US STATES. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POLICE FORCE AND/OR PHONE COMPANY IF YOU CONTINUE TO BE HARRASSED BY THESE CALLS.

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!

Time for you to buy a phone blocking service, app or device.

This number calls me constantly at all hours of the day and night.  Please get this STOPPED!!!!

Very annoying. Am on do not call registry through U.S. Govt.   wish something could be done

THESE PEOPLE ARE ANNOYING AND CALLING BEFORE 8AM

This person is not aware of the time difference she is calling.
Received calls at 3 AM, 4 AM very irritating.
Will not answer calls from unknown persons at unreasonable times.

this guy called me many times, I picked the phone, he asked my name and information, then hang up and never answer again. I called back and nobody pick the phone. how I report this issue.

Recieved 2 phone calls from this number on my cell.  At 8:26am and at 11:56am.  Was checking here to see if there were any complaints.  I don't answer phone numbers I am not familiar with anymore because of all the robot,telemarketing, and scammer calls.  I did check with whycall.me and 2 complaints were listed.  The caller was trying to get the name of the person they were calling and when refused the caller hung up.  So I will be blocking this number.

Got 3 calls today from this number and I asked to be removed all 3 times. Getting old!!

This number has been calling my phone multiple times a day for a few weeks now. When I answer, nothing but  dead air. Incredibly irritating. It needs to stop

I can't even understand the person on the phone. I told him to take me off the calling list and he asked why. Are you serious, because you are annoying and I can't even understand a word you are trying to say!

Umm... it just scared the pee out of me...... hahaha all I heard when I answered was " goodbye" it was a very robotic voice.... hehehe. But iv read the other comments and seriously they need to stop.

I am getting calls from this number at all hours of the night and day with no message as to who is calling.  I tried to phone back and got a message that I couldn't call from my area.  Calls during work are very annoying, to say the least, and I would like these all to stop!  Looks like a phone number change is in my future.

I just got a call from this number, I could hear background noise but they wouldn't say anything. I called the number back and it didn't even ring, just a fast busy signal.

This number constantly calls my phone. I answered one of them. The service was crap. I could barely hear. He said he was with the U.S. Department of Health. Although, when I googled the number was for a company called Health Wise (healthwiseonline.com). I asked to be removed from the call list. He said "why?" I said because the number constantly calls me and I'm not interested. He asked if I even knew what the product was. I said I don't because the line gets out every three words, but I don't care because the number calls me so much and it's annoying. Then he hung up.

Please find person who owns this phone.
