This company made a fraudulent and unauthorized charge of 85.31 against my visa on 12/30/09 that I called about the same day to have my funds returned. I had ordered their "risk free, free trial, only pay shipping" product to only be charged over $85 that didn't show on the order until processing was completed and I was charged. That was in May/09. Having never done "business" with them again, and wouldn't, I'm getting the business now and on 1/4/10 I'm still trying to get my money refunded.

There was a unauthorized charge against my visa today for $85.31 for Clari Cleanse product and i call 888-899-0550 and all it does is repeat over and over all representatives are currently helping other customers please hold for the next available agent but no one ever picks up.  I never even ordered a free sample, never heard of this company, it just showed up

got same charge on my checking account. did not get a phone call. But I called the bank. they gave me a provisional refund. they are checking it out. they also gave me the same number as posted here and I too get a repeat message. when someone finally came on, he didnt speak english very well, told me they were having technical difficutlies and to call back another time. all I told him was I wanted to fix a charge for a product I never ordered. that was it. then I or he hung up. the number didnt show up fully on my online account but the bank had it. didnt do mwe a lot of good tho.

I, too, was charged $85.31 from this company.  I originally ordered this product over a year ago.  I returned the product, requested all future shipments to be cancelled and a refund.  I never received the refund, plus I was charged again the $85.31 and never received anything (not that I wanted to).  But here again, January 2010, I was just charged the $85.31 and tried to email them, but it was non-deliverable.  I will contact by bank, but not sure what to do or how to keep this from happening.  They owe me alot of money that I will probably never see!

I had this same problem last year.  It's from a 'free trial' of Acai weight loss products. I settled this with them last year and now it's come up again. I've contacted my credit card issuer to cancel this payment. And when they've done so I will cancel this card so Clari Cleanse doesn't try this again.

I too have been charged $85.31 for this product I didn't order. I have sent a dispute report to my bank and will follow up with a call and a cancellation of the card in question.

i also got charge 85.31 dollars from my visa for a product i didnt order on 12/30/2009 and when i called this number that i got from my bank, they said that they were having technical problem and that is why i got charge. ask them i never even heard about them, dont know what they do and how the hell did they even manage to get a hold of my bank number but they wouldnt answer me. instead they told me that their billing department would look into it and hung up. called again, waited for 40 minutes until an indian who barely spoke english answer and told me that i will get me money within the next few days. well next few days didnt happen so i called again and once again they told me another week so i waited another week and called again told me within two days. well i never got it so im letting my bank deal with it.

These people are refusing to give me my money back.  They took an unautorized charge out on Jan.  11th, caused some checks to bounce and said the bank would take care of these.  I have called numerous times and they always are saying 24 to 48 hours.  I am sick of calling them and getting the runaround.  There has to be something I can do.
