I have the same problem...I have been trying to contact these crazy people for  almost 3 months...  the phone numbers and email is in correct...I have no way of getting my refund back...I talk to one coach for five minutes and he never called me back....I told him I  wanted a refund and I haven't gotten anything...

Current update.  We have heard back from the AZ attorney general with a case number.  We have, in good faith, attempted to include Freedom Billing / eFirst Financial on our correspondence.  We have two addresses for them, one was from a return envelope that they had sent to us, the other was the address from the website.  One address was marked by USPS Tracking as "undeliverable", the other was "refused".  Certainly does not seem to be indicative of an upstanding and honest business.

April 11  Current Status.  They refused to accept my certified mail package at one address.  The other address was noted "undeliverable" although it was from a return envelope that they had sent us.  I have an AZ attorney general case number, but I know that Attorney General's get swamped with stuff like this.  They work hard, but sometimes it takes time.

"Lee Rice" called me on the 3rd of January 2011 He talked me into the mall with 60 stores and let me
have it for $299.00 They got the thing online and it was only 20 stores. I promoted the website for Three months and got over 15000 hits.  They said that they paid every quarter and I would get paid in April. then when I tried to call the numbers they gave me, none of them worked , The email didn't work either.
    I started searching online until I found this site, and I am sooo sick to know that they are scoundrels.
They called their selves   "eFirst Financial" and my website is americasoutletmalls.com/mc1741 if you would like to see it.

Current update (will also post at the end of the current message sheet).   We are requesting that the Arizona Attorney General investigate these folks for fraud, deception, misrepresentation.  We have solid and convincing proof that they are only involved in fraudulent activity.  The letter from Freedom Billing that was included with the reply from my credit card to us, had no contact information, no phone number, no fax, no email.  I did mention this in my letter back the credit card company.  The owner claimed verbal approval from us on Jan 20, however, we have an email demonstrating that we were, in fact, requesting a refund on Jan 19th.  Also, the owner included a "screen shot" that he said demonstrated that they had fulfilled their obligations.  There could have been no more than 10 "stores" on that page, at most.  If you go to the home website and click through the pages, it is obvious that several are duplicated.  For example, Orbitz is listed 4 times on the same page.  Apparently they think that listing the same website multiple times constitutes multiple stores.  I am reasonably confident that the AZ attorney will not agree.  We included information from their website promising 60 stores and unlimited coaching, and the subsequent contract that we did not sign that shows we would have had to pay an additional $8K + to get this.  Clearly bait and switch / fraud and deception.  We have post office verification that our request was in their hands within their 7 day money back guarantee.  Let's work together and shut these people down.

Lewallyn  signed by  LDA on March 8, 2011.  We will also consider filing with the FTC as a violation of Federal Trade Laws by not responding to, or honoring their written policy for refund.

Anything of this nature be sure you "DO DILIGENCE".  Get their proposal in writing and check with your legal counsel before you sign or give your credit card info. They will not respond so you will save your money, heartbreak and sleepless nights thinking "how dumb" you were believing in what "You Were Told" which was not in writing and now you are "out of your $$$$$$$".  DO NOT DONATE TO THEIR CAUSE.   I hope these are "Words to the WISE".

These people are very convincing, I had been looking for something to do at home to make a little extra money because I am disabled, boy did the calls start coming in everyday.  They sold me a package for $199.00, then I got worried and started doing research to see what I could find out, none of it was good.
Also another company called More Mileage Now that sales Mileage Maxx sold me a package for $149.00.  They are both scams, and I am trying to get my money back,  I have disputed the charges with my bank so hopefully I will get it back. But I am really worried.

recieved a call and bought in to this.  I have a phone number for them that will get answered, or at least they answered for me it is 602-626-8535  Good Luck.  I am trying to get my initial investment back after talking it over with my husband and us agreeing this can't be done.

Contact the Federal Trade Commission,,,  and put your phone numbers ( home and cell) on the National do Not Call List,   After 31 days  all telemarketing calls will stop or the FTC will handle it for you

I have received several calls daily for over a week but I have never answered and they have never left a message on the answering machine. Just annoying.

How does one get it stopped without answering the calls? I do not answer any 888/800 or any other calls that I do not recognize.

Maybe they will just give up!

I Googled this number after first call and saw all these messages so when they called again before he even got a chance to do spill I told him his business is sh#t and I do not do business with sh#t ,he said I am mistaken I said whatever just google your number you sh#t for brains !! LOL !!!

I keep getting phone calls everyday from these people. Yesteday I spoke to a guy named Clinton Meek
from e First Financial. Right away he was trying to get me to sign up for a web site that I could earn 45%
commission from 20 well known stores for $299, He even said he would take $100 off the top if I signed up for one right away. and give me a $500 advertising voucher.  I told him I'd gotten involved with similar phone offers and gotten scamed so I am very sceptical.. I refused to sign up and insisted thatr I was going to check his company out  and see what has happened to other people who have gotten involved..
I've been called again today, It sounds like a lot of other scams .

Somehow they got the real person's phone number(they are trying to contact ) and my phone number messed up  - the first 2 numbers are reversed.  I have received hundreds of calls over the last few weeks and I am fed up.  Today - I let the guy go on - heard his recording - the senior guy got on and I let him ramble - just to waste their time - like they are doing mine.  Then told him I didn have any credit cards or debit cards - just cashiers checks - that made him mad - so he said he couldn't do anything for me - I hope that means I will not be getting any more calls from them.  If you do - keep them on the phone as long as possible - that way they are making less calls...................
