They called me today, also my elderly mother, and all my relatives. Left details of this "debt" and a claim number. If I owe this debt and i don't they should know all my details. The message for family said more than a legitimate debt collect or is allowed to divulge. And threats are illegal.

I live a debt free life. These people from World Wide are a big pain. I can see why people would panic and succumb to their technques. Beware, hang up or don't answer.

How do you report this company? They are calling my elderly parents and saying there is a claim against me and someone is coming to arrest me for check fraud! I haven't lived with my parents in 30 years and have no idea how they even got their number, but they are in their late 80's and the calls are very upsetting to them because of the threatening nature. I would love to know how to get them to stop!

i HAVE BEEN GETTING CALL FROM THERE FROM A PERSON NAMED JIM STEPHENS AND HE STATES THAT IF i DONT CALL THE NUMBER 888-907-3854 THAT PAPERS WILL BE SERVED TO ME CONCERNING A PAYDAY LOAN TO CASHNET USA. I CALLED SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THEY ALL 3 TOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT. THE LAST PERSON I TALKED TO I ASKED WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED AND SHE SAID IN SOUTH CALIFORNIA AND I ASKED WHAT THERE ADDRESS WAS AND SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE A PRIVATE COMP. AND THAT SHE WOULD NOT TELL ME ANYTHING. SHE KEPT ASKING ME FOR A CREDIT CARD TO PAY OFF MY PAYDAY LOAN THAT WAS SINCE 4-2008. AND i ASKED HER WHY WAS IT EVERYTIME i CALL I GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS BUT I CAN HERE A BUNCH OF PEOPLE IN THE BACK GROUND. BUT I STILL GET CALLS ON MY CELL PHONE FROM 000-000-0000 WHICH IS THE SAME NUMBER THAT I GOT WHEN A JEFF DAVIS CALLED ME BACK FROM WORLD WIDE. I TOLD HIM THAT WAS A LITTLE ODD THAT TO ME.
