This letter I got today seems similar.

Letterhead "US Airlines"
"... You have qualified for an award of 2 round trip airline tickets. Congratulations..."

Signed by Shiela Hartley    "Note the interesting spelling!"

Got a letter in the mail with letterhead "Johnson | Starks" saying I had won 2 roundtrip airline tickets and to call 1-888-941-5648.  It says they've attempted to contact me several times and to call before a certain date or they will have to issue the vouchers to the alternate.  The letter was robo-signed by sombody named Shiela Hartley, Vice President.  I've found no information online on this number or the company/representative.

Sure smells like a scam.
