Same thing happened to me , "My Voicemail Network, Inc." was added a 2nd time to my AT&T phone bill after I blocked this unauthorized voicemail company that tried this before saying "You went to our website and signed up for this voicemail" both times. Which is a LIE. It shows up on a seperate back page of phone bill as "My Voicemail Network,Inc. / Enhanced Services Billing Inc" $12.96 then govt fees and taxes added .34 makes it $13.34. Very shady and suspicious partnership between this company and AT&T, if you block this unauthorized charge from a previous LIE why would they add it again a few months later if their not affiliated? Looks like their keeping each other in business here with this scheme.

Not a call but a add on (cramming) to my home phone bill. This company slipped in a third party bill of $12.95 plus tax for "voice mail services". They claim I signed up on the web but the "additional security" details used to set up the account do not match. They made me send email to their credit department to request a refund. No response yet other than an automated response that they got the email. Lucky for me AT&T provides a blocking service for third party billing in my area. I had it added to my phone account free of charge. This is the second time some "voice mail services" company has crammed my phone bill in the last two months.
