I got the same call.  I'm gonna call the CU directly and find out if it's legit, but I suspect a scam as well.

I just received a text message from 1234 stating the following:

Utah Central CU Alert: Your Card has been Deactivated.  Please contact us at 888-960-3222 to Activate your Card.


The fact that the return number is "1234" and that the cell phone I received this on was my company's phone - It is definitely a scam.
