got call from this number 11/1/13   when answering machine picked up they hung up. no name , no msg

this number called and when i answered they hung up.. i believe it is telemarketing nonse nse  (4/15/13)

Jessica, I just did the exact same thing!  That's funny!

When someone asks for make and model of ANY office equipment, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!!! Apparently, when you provide that info, they are able to then invoice you somehow and it was a BIG scam a while back. If someone asks you for that kind of info, ask them, "do we currently have business with you?" Of course they will say, "yes". Then your response can be, "then you should already have that information." And then hang up the phone.

The same here, I told them we buy our office supplies at Wal-Mart at cheaper prices, and only two blocks away from here !

Calling from Infinity, trying to sell toner. NO thank you!! I said I'm not interested, and hung up on her.
No way am I going to put some unknown toner into our $500+ printers!!!

Kelly called wanting to speak with the person that makes the FINAL decision on all are printer supplies I told him we don't buy from over the phone solicitors.

Said they were calling from infinity office supply supplying ink for laser printer.... I told them we don't use laser printers here... she said oh I'm sorry we supply all printers....... she asked for make and model of the printer... I told here let me see if I can pull it up because I am working and I don't have time to be looking for model numbers on a piece of office equipment... I gave her he information she came back on line and said "let me call you back because I know that you are working"

A few minutes later they call back but its a different woman stating that the previous caller was new and then she went into her spill, I just held the phone blah blah blah..... and something about $29 for the cartridges that I use as a introductory price if I am satisfied after trying their product if I am not satisfied, then I would not have to pay.... but if I decide to use their company (never heard of ever) the regular prices in $43 .... "hello I don't use ink cartridges enough to switch from my current provider.... and I don't pay that much for them either...... Why would I switch a current provider that I had no problems with for the last 3yrs.... just to use a company that I have never heard of before and pay more.... I also asked them if they had a website or some type of literature or documents that I could present to the owner that makes these decisions, she told me that "we are just a catalog company"

Infinity, wanted to sell us ink or toner in bulk.  quoted me 83$ for toner you can get at officemax for 60$ or on ebay for 20$ shipped. great deal!

Caller identify himself being with Infinity and asking to speak to the person in charge of our printer ink supplies.  Told him that it was me and not interested and hung up the phone. Didnt give him a chance to do his rebuttal.

Someone from this number called my place of business on 6/23/11, left empty voice mail.  I presume they asked for me by name, then were transfered to my voicemail, where they decided not to record a message.  

I'm not sure, but I think it may have been Reliable Printing - I ordered toner from them a couple weeks ago (before I read online about their reputation as a scammer).

She said they were called Infinity.  I told her to take us off the list.  I get tired of them.  I know everyone has to make a living, but sheesh!  Plus their number and name don't come up when I Google them.  NEVER a good sign.

Let them talk for a while...some kind of ink supplier, says can try free, etc. etc. but will include an invoice net 30...blah, blah, blah...NO THANKS!!!!!

Always Answer These Types Of Calls - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.
