Simply tell them that you wish them not to call, and any further calls beyond this point constitute harassment. Log all calls therein after and they CAN be charged with harassment.

very rude people! a friend used my number as a contact number and i am constantly getting harrassed from cash max. i told them my friend didnt ask me to use my number and please take it off their system and a very rude employee told me they cant do that. if my friend used my number, that its my problem!

Cash Max...Payday loans...Very Very Very Rude........ Called my Employer over and over...Harrassed them to no end...Intimated the Receptionist... and The HR Department...never leave voice mails..they are going to get a call from the police if they keep up this criminal behavior.
