Did you ever get any help with these charges?

I have two charges on my Verizon bill from this number and my phone company says that they can't do anything about it. HELP! It also said MCI

I have this number saying WEB ACCESS from MCI on my Qwest phone bill in the amount of 35.00 and I DID NOT make this call! I mean I am DEAF and don't even use the phone except to fax...and I only access the internet thru  Qwest DSL

does anyone know who this is?
