Has called at least 5 times at very odd hours; 3:30am, 5:5am, 4:19am, etc.  No message is left.  I never called the number back

don't know who this number is. called today @ 11:03am. tried to call the number back and no answer.

Got a call today at 12:23pm. after several seconds, it just hung up. Tried to call back but got no answer.

Calls several times a week states that he can not leave the reason for calling on an answering machine due to the legalities of the situation, same heavy India accent, hard to understand....

Received a call from this number. Heavy Indian accent claiming to be David Jackson and that my name was listed as a reference on a financial document. He stated that is was imperative that I contact him at the Financial Crime Prevention Department at 832-266-0545. Be careful! The caller ID was 901-620-2147 and calling this number sounds a network fail message.

I recived a call from this number and this person knew all of my personal information and tried to get me to give him my credit card number for the shipping of a package for a free trip I won.I hung up on him.

This number called me at 12:12 am March 5, 2009.  It hung up in one ring and then called back a few seconds later with an unknown number.  I then googled the number to find this thread.

I answered the call today and the man had a heavy foreign (Indian) accent.  He knew my first and last name and my whole social security number.  I told him he had the wrong number and he said he was Officer Jones or something and I said please do not call my number for that lady again.  He said "oh, my goodness" and hung up.  No response when calling back.  I have an alert on my credit so he better watch out!

This caller called me at 1:30 in the morning.  When I answered, there was no one on the phone.  It is very annoying.

This is the number my friend saw when I called her using a VoIP service, voipcheap.com. I imagine that this is how the telemarketers are able to place the calls without being tracked

This number has called me twice in the past week asking for our IT department, when i say they are unavailable they say they will call back.  No message left or anything, only picked up the number from the caller id.  the caller is male with a heavy Indian accent.

Caller said they were calling from Applied Bank using a local number but gave a toll-free telephone number to call back.

Called on 12/28/08 at 7:58 PM. Had ringer on my phone turned off and later noticed it. Did not recognize so I turned to you good people.

Received a miss call at 9:15. Called back at 9:16 and the line won't get through.  Also said the server is not available.  This caller is up to something, watch out!

It's NCO Financial. They tend to leave the number 866-251-0699

got a call from 901-620-2147 at 12:05 am, 10/21/08, it was an automated voice message saying that the call is from Southeast something something and the message was that they will block my debit card. The caller left a -1800 number but i did not quite understand it and the reason for the call.  When we tried to call back this number, we can not get them coz the line is always busy.

well they called me at 5:31 am,and they left me a message, i could not understand them at all,i live in  collierville, tenneesse.

also, when you call the number back 620-2147, you can not reach a person due to network problems. The gentleman at bank of america stated,  he would passed the information on to their fraud department.  Everyone please be aware of unknown caller...

Someone call from this number also, requesting information as a selected group for Bank of America, spoke w/someone from B of A, and gave them this number this # tonight.  Person stated they would/do not amke these can of phone call.  It someone trying to steal infor or something....

I have received several call from this number. I have not been able to available to answer the call. I have tried to call the number back, and it tells me it is blocked. They do not leave a voice mail to return the call.

Called 5 times in the past 2 weeks wanting to sell an educational package.  Requested that my number be taken off his list.

Upon answering the call hangs up. I receive this call during the afternoon between 3-5 P.M. and sometimes at 7 P.M.
