I have to let you all know I have been getting these calls for awhile now. They are total scams, you do not have to call a lawyer, or the FBI or the police, unless they actually get money from you. I have spoken to the police, the FBI, and the Secret Service about this. They all say that there is NOTHING you can do to stop these calls. Simply tell the person to take you to court, and that they should turn themselves into the police. Then hang up. Inform your place of business that this is an issue, and that you have spoken with the authorities, and all your supposed to do is tell them they cant call you at work and hang up. Although, depending on my mood when i get the call, i will sometimes harass them back. The best part is the names they come up with, I have heard, Rachel, Danny White, Spencer Mackenzie Jr., Vincent MacKenzie Jr., Michael Sinclair, and Johnny Lee. They are all Indian, and have very heavy accents.

I keep getting calls from this number and they claim I owe money to a payday loan company. They request verification of personal information. Never give verification of any personal information unless you have initiated the call to a reputable company you have done business with. This number is a scam

I have been receiving phone calls from them about every three months even after changing my number. The number that they are calling from changes too. I wish there was a way to get the police involved and just end this harassment from these people!!!

If any company won't provide proof of debt in a letter and continue to threaten you with court charges, its most definately a scam. Obviously they don't know how US court system works!

Why would I need to call an attorney, its a bogus call!

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE SAME THING AND ALL YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM IS THAT THEY ARE VIOLATING A FEDRAL LAW: STATES THAT THEY ARE NOT TO CALL YOU AT WORK. REPORT THEM AS SOON AS YOU CAN.

They called me at work too, my bosses were getting angry that's when I called the FBI and reported them "Jason Lee" stopped calling me that's when "Rachel" started calling. Change your number if you can, they wont stop. Most phone companies will let you on account of harassment.

Yes, I received a call from the same number with a guy name Mark. Saying I'm being sued. I asked him to send me the papers and I would let my lawyer see them, he said they had no papers to send. I told him dont call me anymore.

Guy (sounded like he was driving around in a car and sounded African) stated his name was Jason Lee
said I was named in a "certain legal matter" and that if I called he could help best as he could... never stated what the "legal matter was" but that I could call him back at 904-206-7691 xt 130.... as I read others too have been caught with this BS as well.

I've been calling them the past few days with a blocked number n either don't talk or put the phone up to a speaker.  Jst play their game back. N when they call me now I just answer and stay silent and they curse me out and call me a a***ole. Now what real collection company would call someone a a***ole

I've been getting these same calls from a foriegn guy named "Jason Lee"!  ha!  I can barely understand him and he doesnt quite know how to react when you confront him and start drilling him with questions.  He actually called me a loser over the phone.  He said he was going to send a cop to my door to arrest me, I welcomed it, When I told him I would call the police myself and save him the trouble he hung up on me.  I'm still going to call him back and drill him with more questions.  Last year I had to call the FTC on them, I'm getting tired of getting called every 30 minutes by him.

Well  I did a reverse search and it comes up as its from India, so i DEF scam because this Rachel person is saying the firm is from Florida.  I called her back and I kept telling her i know its a scam and over and over says its not, at least she isn't to scary and imatiting like the guys that have been calling me for past yr also..She actually seems real clueless and I kept telling her ill have my lawyer call her. I was left alone yesterday but than at 8 i got a call with 8888 (so i assumed it was them) I didn't answer and to my shock no vm, so hopefully they will leave me alone but i doubt it since its been going on over a yr now.

I have too, I reported it to the FBI as a scam, the calls stopped for awhile. Then today I get a voicemail stating the same thing. I wish I could be more of a help but "Rachel" said I needed a lawyer but if I called back she may be in a position to help me. The number they give is always busy or disconnected. Scam for sure.

Anyone get a call from this number?  For past yr I have been getting calls from Indians stating I owe pay day loans and always find that the number is a scam but today i got a unknown number with a lady named Rachel who didnt sound Indian so just wondering if same people
