I am having the same problem; I believe it is a payday loan from last year- and I am willing to pay but- they refuse to send written info; the message said I was being arrested- I was accused of giving false debit card info, which is all a lie; the caller was highly threatening and I believe a liar. Does anyone know the "real" law regarding payday loans? I have NOT moved nor changed phone number or employment-- are they not legally required to apprise someone of a debt, a demand for payment?

I just received a message from this number- asked for my criminal attorney name; accused me if giving fraudulent information which I did not- exceedingly threatening- who are these guys

This number keeps calling me about a claim of fraud and a felony hot check I don't dispute that I may owe someone, but I ask them to send me some info in the mail about it they refused. Please make them stop!

How's it going? I see you're still with us fighting the bad guys. It seems the fraudsters are getting more and more desperate. I sometimes think that we're helping. But sometimes it seems that the harder we try, the faster they breed.
It's easy at times to get confused here about who we're addressing. To the previous poster, no offense was meant here. I think there was some crossed communications. It's happened to me. The shills will occasionally attempt to muddy the waters as well. Luckily for us though, they're usually about as literate as a Cigar store Indian.
Hang in there everyone. We've all got to stick together. The sickness that is fraud needs to be wiped out. And it is very obvious that there are inumerable people out there that need our help.

Not a scam? Bull! My machine picks up robo calls daily. Always threatening & accusing. I've given up calling back to get them to stop as it is not me they are asking for. Today they left a call back number 877-560-9762. Look up that number and read the misery people are getting.

As hard as it may be for people like you to believe,  there are many of us who regularly frequent this board that are Debt free.  Why are we here?   To make sure that the shills and scammers who are Trolling this board are challenged and  held accountable for their scamming posts.  Welcome to our world!

Do nothing more than tell them that they have the person.  Not much chance they will stop calling but try to ignore it if you can.  I ususally pick up the phone and then put it back down.  I have been totally debt free including my home for almost 25 years,  and these types of clowns call me too.

not a scam guys they called me on a well past due payday loan i had from years ago and they helped me out tremendously. they are somehwat new and i couldnt find anything about them on the web either. but they have great and vast knowledge on their practice. i hope if i ever fall in the same situaion that D&R legal services is the one to handle it

ALSO GOT A MESSAGE SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT A FRAUD CLAIM. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM COULD NOT FIND DNR LEGAL ANYWHERE

I received a call from this number 904-245-1313 on a business phone. It is a recording and not a live person on the phone to let them know that they are calling the wrong number. They said it was DNR Legal pending fraud claim regarding a hot check. First it should be illegal to leave a message for someone that does not even work for the company and secondly anyone can here the information they left on the recording and this is a company and not someone's home phone.
