This place keeps calling wants a donation to my local fire department.  It is not my local fire department

These people keep calling and won't take no for an answer

They called today with this # ending in 17 and earlier 2day ending in 11. I work out of my home and my 8-year old daughter was home. The caller ID'd himself as "with the local police". This isn't a police matter and shouldn't have been addressed as such. It scared my daughter as she thought something bad had happened. I called a number posted by another person harrassed by the # ending in 11. This # is 398-7010 and it's for the FOP, but it didn't give an option for an extention but the operator took my complaint, and I asked for my # to be taken off their calling list. The operater said she would forward my complaint.

I'm about to break a record. I am getting so many unwanted calls its a shame. Sorry everyone, I must disconnect my phone service this week. I feel that the money I spend each month extra to block these calls. I can be putting putting that money away and use it towards other means. After 20yrs of phone service It just got too bad. Our government sitting around not enforcing the rules. However, they don't have to deal with being disturb by unwanted calls.
