She called my cell phone and asked to speak with my parents. After I told her that they were not there. She called  my moms phone and left a message to call her back that it was in regards to her daughter and gave my name.

Woman named Mrs. Martin called and harassed my mother threating her to change her attitude or something would happen .. so she hung up.... then Mrs. Martin called back and asked if she had and attorney she could speak to .. my mom said kiss my behind... and hung up... then Mrs. Martin called back a third time and said see you in court... So... I politely called back and asked what was going on... and Mrs. Martin said she doesn't deal with ignorant people... then hung the phone up again... I called back she told me I was harassing her... and that if I called back she would take legal action.. ....

answered the phone they asked for a Rachel something- and i told the lady she had the wrong number once again and shes like is this blah blah i said u got the wrong number and shes like yeah uh huh ok and hung up on me-s i called the number back and that lady was a b**ch to and acted like i was lieing -when im not the person who they are looking for!

Did not answer the call, decided to check this listing first.

Calls coming in once a week. Lady says that I'm to have my husband call a law firm. She doesn't leave a name of the firm or her name. And quickly says to return the call on the number on our caller ID. Then hangs up. I obviously have never returned the call and have blocked the # on our home phone now.
