i got the same message today and he called twice the first time he called his name was shawn and the last time it was bob. real heavy hindu accent, looked the number up online it's a fraud. fbi said to contact a credit specalist to go through and make sure everything was in order and to contact the fcc at 888-225-5322

some man called with the last 4 digits of my social, claiming he was from state financial investigations and there is a legal complaint against your name and last 4 digits of social

this number has been disconnected now as of may 11th

have been hit by these a***oles twice! the first time the moron indian sounding f****ad said I did something very bad I commited cybercrime and that he was trying to help me before I get arrested at first because of the way he comes at you with your name and the last 4 digits of your social and my email address I kind of got nervous for a min. after I started to question him he started getting pissed and would cut me off and kept telling me to listen to or I was going to get arrested, finnally I told him to f*** himself and hung up, but sure enough he kept calling back from different numbers that are not working numbers when you try to call them back, persistant f****r called and left messages and then gave up. now several months later same f****ng s***, same f****ng indian a***ole this time he says he a detective with the newyork police dept. since I know his b***s*** scam I start asking him where hes calling from, and I told him I don't know the person hes trying to reach this pisses him bigtime than he starts threatning with fbi police whoever whatever I can hardly understand him, and its always alot of noise in the backround like machines or something and peaple talking. I just went off on him and kept f****ng with him and he must have called from 20 different numbers until I shut my phone off, I dont know what these peices of s*** b*****ds are looking for after I clearly let him know I was on to his scam he still kept calling back that makes me wonder what the f****ng motive behind this s*** is if they cant get any money out of me??? (try and ecuse my languge but I am sick of this s***!

For the last 2 months I have been getting calls at work and my cell from a man with a heavy hindu accent. Says he is from USA Fast CASH and I owe money that they lend me via the internet back in January 2010.   First phone call I received from him was in January 2011. I have never applied for a loan at this fast cash let alone on line.

He told me to call him back at 904-345-0796 (disconnected number)  hmmm.... His name Micheal Bennett.  Then later he leaves me a message that he is from a lawyer's office and to call him at 319-242-7343.  I just called and they said this is CVE Group, we cater to taking care of businesses.?  They checked my numbers and the numbers I was given and the name Michael Bennett.  My name and my numbers were not recognized not in their records and Michael Bennett is not employed by them.  

When he's call the caller ID shows a sequence of (0) zeros. No number!!  This person is harrassing me at work and threatening to have me arrested, going to court, ruining my reputation, my credit etc...

A man with an extremly strong hindu accent called has called me too and calls every few weeks, numerous times in a row.  He calls himself Shawn Mars, and says he is from the Federal Crimes Investigation Department, and he said that there was a claim against my social security number. He also had the last 4 digits of it. He said if he didn't hear back from me, he was going to have to download the complaint into the court systems, and that I would lose my job, family, reputation, and everything that I own.  The call back number he provided was 716.210.8024.  I called my cell service provider and they are providing me with a 30-day trial to force the caller ID if he does call back (its called "caller name", I was also told to get on the DO NOT CALL list for telemarketers 18883821212, and I was also encouraged to file a police report with the non-emergency number.  I hope this information will help you as well and helps this fraudulent activity cease.

I just received two phone calls one right after the other from a "Tom Adkinson" with an extremly heavy Hindu accent. The phone call came up on caller ID voice mail as a 920-486-2018 stating to call him back at 904-345-0796. He provided the last four digits of my social security number, and stated he was calling from a State finance agency regarding a debt/ lawsuit I had against me. He said if I didnt return his call I would have bad marks against me on my credit report.

JUST GOT THE SAME CALL . CALL HOMELAND SECURITY AND TURN  THE NUMBER OVER TO THEM . IT HAPPENED TO ME LAST YEAR AND JUST NOW STARTED AGAIN....

I was just called by a Roy Miller of US FAST Cash.. He had my bank info. and last for digits..but im used to dealing with scammers so i gave him all the legality lingo.. and he cursed at me and said that i was a w***e..boo hoo.. dont pay these people one penny and if they use your account your bank has to give you back the money.. its fraud, besides they need written authorization for anykind of withdrawl.

Got a call at the restaraunt i work at by the same guy. he asked for one of my employees by their full name. the employee who answerd the phone told him she was not there. he later called again and i answerd and asked for the employee who had answerd the phone earlier. when i asked what it was regarding and he sounded kind of hesitent before asking for the origanal employee by her full name again! when i told him i would call the police he said he was with state financial investigation from jacksonvill florida. said his name was michael bennet and to pass the info along to the employee.

I received a call from this guy last friday, was almost tricked into sending the money her used the names scott turner, scott batista, paul weaver. I reported him to the local police they called the compnay and asked why they were calling me threating to arrest me he yelled at the officer and asked him how dare he contact him. I was told to file a report with the FTC, attorney general office, and fbi interent crime division. He called today saying his name was ben fox and when i told him to hold on i was recording this conversation per the police and fbi he yelled at me and said you criminal and hung up on me.

I just got the same call from the same guy.  He is leaving messages with our general mailbox at my office!  When I called him back and told him not to do it again he said I had a pay day loan in my name from July 2010 that was never paid back. I told him I wanted written confirmation of the debt by certified letter. When I told him you can't have me arrested for a pay day loan he got angry and told me to 'wait and see' and then hung up the phone.  I believe he is the same guy that called me yesterday and said he was from an attorney's office but today he denied that anyone with the name Dan Morgan worked in his office.  I called my local police department and was told I needed to file a complaint with my state attorney general's office.

Same thing here... A man with an extremly strong hindu accent called me. He calls himself Officer Ben Parks, and says he is from the Federal Crimes Investigation Department, and he said that there was 3 criminal charges filed against me (he even gave me a case # FL7520186). He also had the last 4 digits of my SSN and my Bank Account name and number. He said I owed $9,000 to a Cash USA advance for money the deposited into my account. NO MONEY has ever been deposited into any of my accounts. I ended up closing my bank account and putting fraud alerts on all 3 credit bureaus. These are obviously scammers!! If they call back I will threathen them back with my attorneys!!

Most likely one of those scams where they scare you into paying them for a fake debt you don't owe.  Next time they call, tell them they can reach your brother at <insert FBI or local law enforcement office number>.  That should take care of em.

Too just got a call from a very heavy hindu accented, Shawn Mars from this 9043450796 number. He said he's from the Federal Crimes Investigation and that my brother had been indicated in a fraud case. That I should pass on the name and number to my brother or he would "be in a big legal mess".  He calls again I'll tell him to call my attorney directly so I can sue.

Same thing here, when I have told them I have a complaint against them for harassment and identity theft they hang up on me. I want to know what to do about this, the local police are apparently of no help to me for this kind of thing. I got caught up in this and they even took money out of my bank account, I had to close my account and now I am getting these calls.

I just got that same phone call from that same phone number 904-345-0796 but his name was Scott Lebrestro from a State Finance Investigation Office. I actually tracked down the number and its from Duval County, Florida. This guy actually threatened to come to my house and shoot me for a $9,000 debt that I so called owed to a Cash USA.

The strange thing is that a few days before this started I recieved a call from a man that sounds exactly like this man, andhe said he was from some law office and that I was being investigated for fraud, and he gave me a different name Alex ????. How do I stop this, and what can I do to prevent identity theft, since they obviously have my SS number.....I am upset and scared....Can anyone help me?
