No message left.

They call just about everyday and won't leave a message.  When you call the number back, it says that it is an outgoing number only.  On the recording it says that it is USA Energy and their technicians are in the area.  They want to do an energy saving walk-thru of your home so you can get government money.  Sounds like a scam to me.  Uncle Sam is NOT welcome in my home - that's why they have their heating seeking satelites.
