This 'automated telemarketer' out of Jacksonville, FL. These automated machines wait for you say 'hello' as soon as you do ~ you are switched to an agent. You may report them to the Florida Department of Agriculture ~ Department of Consumer Affairs.Who handles such matters with in the state of Florida.

Two things:
One, for $10.00 a year, you may register you phone number with the Department and if you receive another phone call, the State of Florida will sue them and attempt revoke their Florida business license. The $10.00 goes into a fund used for that purpose. Check it out on the web.

Second; If your phone is so equipped; Save the called number to your phone's memory. Then assign a special 'ring tone''  to them. My last two phones had a 'NO RING' selection which ment that the phones does not ring when it sees that number.

YMax Comm Corp shows on caller i.d.  Did not leave message.

I have received 11 calls from these guys in a 24 hour period.  I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their list to no avail.  I am home because I am very sick and have not even been able to sleep due to these annoying calls to a person (Melina) who does not nor never has lived at this address.  They say they are calling on behalf of the Career Institute and regard themselves as Call Assistance.

I am really sick of this and hope you can do something about this.  My next step is to get out my boat whistle and blast everyone who calls for Melina.  At least I'll feel good about a little payback, but will feel bad about hurting people who are not directly responsible for this.  ...just hope they all wear headsets!

Get a call from them all the time. I am on the DO-NOT-CALL list. But it doesn't seem to be doing jack right now. They call every day (at least once a day) and never leave a message and I don't think calling them will actually work. But I'll give it a shot.

Called the number back on Januaryyyyyy 18, 2010.  Nice lady answered as "866 My Major".  Said company was a college degree program marketer.  Asked to be removed.  These calls started at the same time as another one called "Online Degrees" at 818-338-2252.  Not sure how I got on the list but they both said they get the names and numbers from some solicitation we responded to online so be careful what you are giving information for,

Hate these calls!  These people is calling me at least once a day.  The id caller says Jacksonville, FL.  In the begining I answer to those calls but never say anything!!  I don't want to call back because I've heard scary tales about high charges made through your line!  What can we do to stop them!!!

they really need to be reported! it is harrassment. I dont ever anser it but damn it sure does get annoying.

even though I am on gov't No Call list, (for whatever THAT'S worth..) these freaks continuously call my # (daily), never leave a message, and apparently are too retarded to get the hint... since I never pick up, and have never called them back, or acknowledged them in any way.

they obviously have low IQ, since they are not able to reason or figure things out for themselves. have the bully mentality of thinking that if they push enough, they will get a response.  pathetic losers.

I get calls daily from these imbeciles. I've asked repeatedly to be taken off their list to no avail. So, i went and bought a whistle (this does not work for incoming calls) and called them back, they will answer. Let 'em have it!!!!!!

Who the hell are these people?  I have told them not to call and to take me off their call list, yet they call every day with no message!  I am unemployed and cannot waste my phone minutes for some damn ya-hoo!

These people wont stop calling me.. a told them to stop an that they r calling my cell an every time they say sorry an they will take me off there list but then like 10mins later they call again an say the same thing... im getting pissed... im bout to get legal help cuz this is harassment!!!

if you have filled out any job apps online-one of 'em(or more-possibly) was bogus.they're telemarketers for a tech school.....i've asked now 3 times to be removed from their list..go figure-hasn't worked.good luck.
