Claims to be fraud investigator for Atlantic Coast Recovery in Jacksonville FL. It is a bogus company and they use phone number changing apps to pretend they are the local pd to get you to pay. It is fraud and extortion. If i could find these guys i would make them want jail over dealing with me. Their names are investigator moore and patrick.

What's scary is they just called my sister-in-law looking for me claiming to be an Investigator and there were criminal or fraud charges against me. Claimed to be Investigator Moore. Is there someplace I can report this activity?

Yes, it is illegal. And it also verifies that the caller is a fraud. Ignore them.
