I received a call supposedly from Dept. of Federal Crime Investigation stating he was an officer Jay Clarke. The caller had a very thick Indian accent. They were stating I needed to pay a certain amt. of money for a pay day loan and they gave me until 5:30 that day to get a Green Dot money pack from CVS or Walmart and to call them when done at 904-458-8291. Received another call 5:18 stating an arrest warrant will be sen out is not heard from by 5:30.

I keep getting a phone call from this number stating that I have a complaint against me and that if I don't pay the amount owed I will have an arrest warrant out on me. They will not provide any info as to what the complaint is or as to when it was filed. They just keep telling me that I need to arrange to pay it with them. It is also hard to understand them because they have a very very thick accent. They usually state that they are Officer so and so.
